We loved our stay at Aquavana! Of course, finding and accessing it takes a little time and effort if you go by road, but... The beds are comfortable, it's clean, cleaning can be done every day if desired, the curtains hide the light well, good air conditioning and quiet. We have bath towels AND beach towels! Free bottles of water every day! Close to shops and restaurants, feet in the sand of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island! There are monkeys who come to eat in the trees in the morning, little cuddly cats, and we even saw a little monitor lizard (don't worry, he's more afraid of us than the other way around). The staff is very nice. We extended our stay because we felt really good there! Excellent value for money!The only small point that could be improved would be to have slightly thinner cousins :)

We stayed here for just one night during our holiday in Thailand. We had a very good time, the room is large and bright, the bathroom is also very large. Plus it's right on the beach. Advised

Cleanliness is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with everything. If you stay in the rooms in the forest strip, you may wake up to monkeys visiting you early in the morning, they are friendly and harmless. The hotel is very close to the center, right next to the beach and the sea is very beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful, nature-friendly and comfortable hotel, this is the best choice in your life. Thanks for everything

4 Star holiday ruin! - Stay away!What I encountered was far from what one would expect from a 4-star establishment. In fact, I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star.The property is a complete ruin. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the building was in desperate need of renovation. Peeling paint, crumbling plaster, and numerous cracks in the walls were just a few of the issues.No Sunbeds on the beach.This hotel is nothing like a 4-star establishment and, in its current state, is absolutely not recommended. If you want a pleasant and relaxing vacation, please choose another place to stay. This "ruin" is definitely not worth your money. I strongly advise against booking here.

Excellent value. Spacious and clean bungalow, large beach towels are available and the staff is friendly. Be careful, however, with scooter access which is complicated when the main access is closed (which happened 2 days out of 4 during our stay)

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, which is known for hosting traditional “full moon parties.” Although there were no celebrations during our visit, there was still some nightlife available on the beach. Thankfully, we couldn't hear any music from our room at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep.Our room was clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was also a small sofa, a kettle, a fridge, and a television available. We were satisfied with the accommodation, especially considering it was among the more affordable options, yet it met all our expectations.The only downside was the access road to the hotel. It was sandy and uphill, making it difficult to navigate on a scooter when it rained. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be good value for money.

Never book a room for a full moon party in advance. Book it three days before the party. You will save a lot of money and the price will be reduced by 40%. I really don’t like the feeling of doing business. I feel cheated and the store is dishonest.

Overall it was a nice experience, it’s on the heart of Haad rin beach. And we went for the full moon festival.Over all we would go back and stay again just wish they had more stone or concrete pathways due to being off the beaten path and our grab dropped us off pretty far from the check in area. Workers will carry your bags for you but a pathway would be ideal.

Loved staying here. The service is very helpful and fast. The Beach is amazing and the room neat and clean! All in all a great place. It‘s sad that they dont have a restaurant, theres space infront of the beach and bet it would be equal as good. :)

Bungalow is the penultimate resort on Haad Rin Beach, set back a bit. We were allowed to check in at 12 p.m., friendly welcome, given cool water upon arrival and uncomplicated. The only difficult way to get there is the dirt road and that day it rained in the morning.Bungalow No 4, modernly furnished and large and clean! AC is great because it's hung on the side and doesn't cool the bed when you sleep. Bed large, clean and very comfortable. Kettle + coffee + tea + water daily.Safe. Nice large terrace with seating. Lots of windows and glass door as well as blackout curtains and privacy screens. Large bathroom with soft close toilet, large shower, great. Additional towels for the beach, great! In the bungalow you don't hear anything about the parties, restaurants or fire shows that take place on the beach in the evenings.The resort does not have a pool area, loungers or restaurants, but the large bathtub (sea) is right in front of it...The beach is cleaned daily and is simply great...everything is within walking distance, such as 7/11, other shops, restaurants, etc.We fully recommend the Aqavana Haad Rin Resort and will be back next year. Thanks for a great time!
