We got our food at diffrent times with 1 hour difference. They closed the bar 21:30. They overcooked the duck. They even messed up the fries they tasted like they were pre-heated in the microwave with no spice. They packed down the lights while we did eat even tho it was a long time before they closed. Bad food service!

The staff does not speak English. When we check in the room was not clean; dirty hair, sheets and towels. Terrible breakfast, the bare minimum. Sometimes they don't even understand each other when they speak in their native language.

The hotel is in good location. The cleaning and cafeteria staff were very good, but the reception staff were terrible, specifically Bew. We had a bad understanding with her the first day and from then on she and the rest of the reception staff were very unpleasant to us. They talked among themselves and made fun of us. They did not help us at any time to take the suitcases to the room, the road being difficult to access for the suitcases. We took one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel on the beachfront. When we checked out, they continued to treat us with contempt, claiming that a glass was missing from the room. The treatment was very unpleasant. If I returned, I would not stay at this hotel again because of the unpleasant people who run the reception, specifically Bew and Aon.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful location on the beach! I had a few problems checking in with a room change, but everything was solved by the staff... therefore still 5 stars! The chairs on the balcony could be equipped with seat cushions, then it would be much more comfortable to sit there...

Great hotel with direct access to beach, beware its close proximity to airport as you'll see and hear planes flying overhead during the day and into the evening

Clean room, good atmosphere, shady Quiet, only sometimes there will be a little noise from airplanes. Beachfront accommodation, can walk to the beach. Good service staff, there is a swimming pool.

They charged me $180 for a plate that had 5 nuggets and 5 fries. After complaining 4 times, they brought us this amount. It's a sign of disrespect from all the staff.

We originally booked a cheaper room in the hotel and it was not good, the room and bathroom were outdated and dirty. The bed was rock solid and there was a wall lamp placed in the middle of the pillows.We paid 2000bhat to upgrade to a bungalow.The bungalow was amazing, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect and had really good air conditioning, nice big window and a nice balcony. About 30 seconds walk from the beach which had a nice restaurant/ bar, chair and sun loungers free to use.The staff was friendly and had a very good pool

Actually, since I wasn't staying at a hotel, this sea-facing 🏖️ restaurant 🍽️ was easy to get into and had a nice atmosphere, so I ended up drinking beer 🍺 for two consecutive days at the happy hour here in the evening. . I can't comment on the accommodation, but I can definitely recommend the restaurant!

Very nice place in Beautiful location, the service is great,but the booking office is disaster. Very hard book in advance of few months, due the booking often.will be lost/deleted/forget. And the people in charge they are unable to guarantee a booking, even they are. Kind and try to be helpful, still the problem is not solved. As well the price is keeping change . I book 1.year in advance., after3 months I check and no any booking was registered. I did again but this time the price was 30% more. I agreed and book again. 3 months later.i cal to ask about my booking and they can not find any file for it. I book again with 6 months advanced ,and this time the price was 80% higher than first time . I pay full ammount, let's see if September I will get what I payed in april

Endless issues. The lowest star hotel Ive stayed in.A/c broken day 1, but at least they fixed.Asked me if I wanted upgrade after I saw room, I said yes, but they never came back.NEVER cleaned the room and replaced towels, water. I told the girl 5 times I dont have a clean room sign. She said no worries, just tell her when I leave each morning to clean room. Each day I come back, and still nothing. Complained, but in the end gave up and checked out and went to other hotel without any refund.Shower old and mouldy. Bed was hard
