In my view, this was a great little hotel, the room was small but adequate, had everything you needed, the air conditioning worked well, room was very clean, and this hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. When my friend and I arrived, the staff were there to meet us, and they were very friendly. Definitely will come back next time we are in koh phanang.

Room was pretty clean, but they checkin us the first day of hotel renovation. They were working from 9am until 5pm. Very noisy and disappointing mornings. The back of the room face the water system so all night we heard water pump working. Look nice but is all fake. Picture are old and fake. Swimming pool water was green. Garbage and mess all over the place. I don't suggest nobody to stay there.

There are lots of mosquitos in the area and people even caught dengue here. They don't do anything about it.I also got yelled at by the owner for no reason. Cleaning was not done properly so everything stayed dirty. They also didn't come at the agreed date and just didn't show up for more then a week after the cleaning was supposed to happen.

I've stayed here a total 20 days or so and really enjoyed it as my base as I explored the Island ☀️||The room is spacious, especially for the price, and it it is quiet with good AC ❄️||Good cleaning and cleanliness, everything has always worked 🚿📺||I like the beds a lot too 🛏️

Worst hotel experience of my life. I contacted them a week before arriving they offered me 2 rooms at 10000 baht, I accepted 1 had stayed in before, I arrived after 2 days travel exhausted and they had given it to someone else. So they offered me the other room at 50% more, I was so exhausted I took it. Meanwhile the place is being renovated and the jackhammers start at 8am and go all day 7 days a week. The owner and her staff scream at each other all day, which echoes right through the hotel. The person they gave my room to cancelled so she offered me that room back at 13000 or 30% above what they quoted to me. I couldn’t wait to leave. My 5000 baht deposit was promised to me the day I left it took 6 days to arrive only received 1400 back. They charge for services they don’t perform ie aircon servicing, when I checked in my aircon didn’t work, they don’t service them. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, you cannot trust anything they tell you. The owner sits out the front all day like security screaming at her staff and snarling at her guests, it was the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

We stayed at the hotel one day because the ferry was full. Actually it was quite ok. The pool was turned on in the morning and evening so it was ok, but when turned off it was a bit cloudy. Unfortunately our standard room didn't have a window for a deduction because I didn't see that on booking. All in all it was ok for the price. Staff was friendly

They deceive, they said that it is only available for 2 months, but they signed a contract for 3, after eviction they shake money for cleaning and the deposit is burned

Room 2 stinks of mold...(cannot breathe, damp and dark((((you can’t come spend the night with a friend)))))) the stench will be simply terrible, you live in a large room and have to spend the night aloneThe worst hotel experience of my life, the most disgusting stench that is difficult to describe in words…. I don’t cough, but this mold made me choke and coughI don't recommend it to anyone

The condition of the accommodation, the bed, the bathroom, the location, the price, I think it's comfortable to sleep in. Okay, one level in the form of travelingThe service staff are friendly and cute. They have a gang of cute dogs.*But I would like to deduct points from the exchange with a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I repeat that a lot. No matter how much you hit, it won't go away.

I checked out and was clearly over charged on electricity and bed sheets washing which was never stated when I rented the room! Don’t expect too sleep must during the night as the hotel has 4/5 cockerels roaming around

This used to be a hostel but is now called a boutique hotel. The main rooms are nice and clean, however, the owners seem unsure about how to charge for different parts or the property, and now also charge to get your room cleaned ?!? The bar/dining and pool area are completely run down and unused so you are only getting a bedroom. Would love to see this place be cleaned up in the social spaces.
