it in the middle of chaweng with walking distance to all the bar and the beach the room is comfortable and the bed is nice the tv was nice really big 55inch have everything you need in a hotel room tv aircon hot shower its a really good deal with the price

Near at everything mall beach and bars and restaurant great staff very friendly the only downside is the live band during the night infront of the hotel but everythingi is ok other than that. making the room soundproof will be the only solution for them i think but for the price its all worth it.

The price is really friendly and the status of the hotel is good. there are a lot of restaurant nearby and the beach is just few mins away there are bars nearby as well only thing is the noise but you can just pay for upgrade to get a room …

The hotel is clean and well-kept, currently undergoing renovation, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. it is noisy every day, after 7 p.m. there are three bands playing and singing in front of the hotel, it is difficult to fall asleep and the hotel is not soundproofed, a poor place for quiet people.

It was so loud from 6 p.m. onwards because there was a bar with live music right under the hotel that played until three every night! You couldn't sleep, the walls and the bed were completely vibrating!! We also had an inside room and our window faced the hallway, which is why you always had to have the curtains closed, which meant that it was incredibly dark - as the light in the room was very limited and not enough! Overall good if you go partying every night but if you want to get enough sleep you should definitely think again!!!

This is a good hotel ever I see. The price is suitable for low budget and near by all around Central Samui, Chaweng beach and bars. The staffs are friendly and the bed is comfortable to sleep. The hotel is in a great location.|I strongly recommend this hotel.

If you like to party this hotel is center of many bars and clubs also near the beach just walk only 2 minutes. Room is clean and nice, have room service everyday and staff really nice and helpful. Reception is 24 hours if have some problems you can call them to help anytime.

It has the best location i see in Koh Samui so far interms of price other hotel in the area have really expensive room if you are looking to be near to anything its about 5mins walk to central festival the beach is 2mins by walk nightlife and bars are just Infront of the hotel with a friendly budget i will definitely recommend Lenny's. in our room its not noisy because we stay at the back side of the hotel maybe the front side there is noise but a little beer and little walk around during the night will help you get some sleep and ignore the noise.

The hotel is excellent, it is right on the central spot, but you hardly hear any noise from the parties. Five minutes from the sea. Lovely accommodation, bomb price!
