The room is in front of a nightclub and it is as if you were in it, the windows rattle and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired... we have asked the reception if they can give us another room because it is impossible to sleep and they have changed us but only for one day and he tells us that if we want another one for tomorrow we have to pay 500 more bahts... a shame! If you want to spend a few quiet days this is not your hotel.

When I went to the room it immediately smelled of smoke and you are not allowed to smoke there. (There is an ashtray in the room...?)Me and my sister had asked if they could do something about it so that I could maybe change my room, it was only possible the next day, that was well arranged and they also sprayed my room with perfume.That was the first day, the air conditioning is also open, it has no hood and makes a lot of noise, there is also a club opposite and it went on until around 2 am (they played good music)The room was not cleaned very well because afterwards I saw my own hair in the bathroom and before I got to my new room there was also someone else's hair on the shower head.

Rooms smell of sewage. No chance of sleep with music outside until 2am then 7:15am aircraft flying overhead. Book elsewhere

DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked 5 nights thinking it would do the job and had to leave after our first night. Walls so thin you could hear people having sex. Dirty sheets, walls and holes in my pillow like a mouse has been eating it. DISGUSTINGLY dirty bathroom. No access to the beach (have to go through entirely different hotel). Doesn’t look like photos. Save yourself the time and money.

Don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep. Although it had basic amenities which were fine including comfortable bed and ok bathroom (the shower smelled off egg and poo and also overflowed so that water went everywhere). The room was pretty small with minimal space. The whole place stank and there were leaks everywhere and constant building and drill sounds. When we first arrived the bed sheets were disgusting with stains on it and towels were disgusting. However, if your looking for an extremely cheap place where you plan is to go out every night and not care about the noise this is okay.

Terrible rooms. Crowded and disgusting. Got dirty sheets again and again, even though we told them about it. Smells of sewage in the room. Wi-Fi not particularly good. Green mold stains in the room. Incredibly loud from the planes taking off right above. The nightclubs are loud until about 02, but we were prepared for that so it was fine. Very green water in the pool so we didn't even dare to go in. Luckily it's so well located so you could go to other beach clubs etc.

Location in the middle of all the noise. Rooms were only half cleaned, you could eat from the floor but the same stains on doors as where we checked in. In itself it only makes sense if you travel a lot.

!!!WORST EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!The room was opposite a place with extreme noise all night so it was impossible to sleep. The pictures are deceiving and do not look at all the same as in reality. My girlfriend and I had to book an overnight stay when everything else was booked, which resulted in all our luggage the next day being thrown out in the hallway and glasses and other valuables were destroyed. We were told that we couldn't be there because everything was booked even though we had paid the day before.

Balcony 10/10- Spacious size There is a table + chairs for sitting.Bathroom 5/10- The size is good, but everything looks strange. The position of the sink is that you have to tiptoe in to open it. I can't put it in the middle. It tilts only to the left, very difficult to use.- Shower water flows slowly, not strong.- The water smells as good as rumored.- On the ceiling, water seeps very scary. There's a black stain in the corner of the room. I'm afraid the ceiling will fall down.Bedroom 9/10- Large and spacious- Bedsheet/pillowcase has holes in some places.- The TV can be viewed with very few channels and the picture is not clear.- Drinking water/tissue If you want to add more each day, you must request it yourself.Surrounding atmosphere- Center of tourist attractions- Convenient transportation, you can easily walk to the center.- It's quite noisy at night + there's airplane noise throughout the day.

The hotel room is quite small. Even praying is difficult. We got a road room, opened the curtains and went straight to the pub. It's very noisy at night, I'm sleeping. The best is just close to the beach. But it's hard to get halal food in this area. Have to go out far. An environment that is not suitable for Muslims.

Stayed here 6days in December. Had clothes stolen , or accidentally misplaced by cleaning staff. The hotel management agreed to replace and to buy and they would refund but on last day they refused.We're rude and abusive. Lied and threatened me and family. Involved neighbour thai tattooist whom confirmed they'd replace and even called him a liar.My recommendation is please avoid this hell hole.Pool is tiny and beds do not have cushions as shown in pics. Ants everywhere in room including red ants.Cheap refers to quality in this instance lots of other options available go there instead.

Great location, you have everything around the hotel from restaurants to shops and amenities coffee shops and bars, some shops open 24 hours and restaurants till late also. The rooms were average, although the air conditioning was working it was old, there were ants inside the room everywhere. The noise it was extremely loud till 2 am music so loud you could not sleep, I am the kind of person that can easily sleep with noise but not in here so you have an idea. The tap it was half broken on the bathroom, if you were using the shower it would stink from the clocks and it would smell all room, the shower it was all rusty and it was full of hairs as it wasn’t cleaned properly there three times we asked for cleaning the bathroom wasn’t cleaned as it should. The pool it was dirty so we did not used it and for them to clean your room you need to leave the key on reception which is a bit unpleasant. For the first couple of days it was alright but then it was just horrible as we were not having enough rest, a guy entered our room on the middle of the night. The towels and bed sheets were also not cleaned properly were full of stains which was a bit disgusting. We been charged 175 Baths for the late check out so be careful.

Service on the inside The sheets were filthy with lots of disgusting stains When we entered we complained to the contractor that they would change the sheets, as a response they offered us to change a room whose sheets were even dirtier

Initially I was pleased with the location, but it is a room / hotel review and when it comes to bed linen you would accept without a doubt that bedsheets and lines will be fresh. It turns out not the case in Coconut. The bedsheet was not replaced and probably rest of the bed linens. Hair, stains and even sand left over on a bed made up the way it was all replaced after previous guests... Not the case. Check your bed just after you check in this establishment. This shortcut is unacceptable for any hotel, anywhere. Also the room was stinking, very bad odour of sewage. Room located on second floor. Once again, unacceptable and the hotel owner should be ashamed to rent the rooms in such an appalling state.We had to leave the hotel at 10pm after getting a full refund. At least no argue about that. No one would argue after seeing the bedsheets and smell of feces in the room, really.
