Superb value for money for a small bungalow equipped with air conditioning a few meters from the beach and their fantastic restaurant. We stayed four days and should have stayed a week. Quick arrival and departure. Lots of young people, there's a lot of movement and it's cool.

We had a lovely evening at Ochai beach bar and restaurant. Small team of Thai people (not Myanmar) and if you talk to them they will get you best food and drinks. The chef will suggest the fish of the day and we were not disappointed! Especially Pupi (hope spelled correctly) is working hard to take care of us.

The worst possible experience.The room was very uncomfortable, the super old mattresses showed all the springs when sleeping, the pillow was huge and hard and they did not want to change it for us. There was a fan that when spinning sounded like a concrete mixer (literally) which could not be turned on and off either because otherwise you would die from the heat. Being on the beach, next to it there is a bar that plays the music very loudly and it seems like you are at a festival.Anyway, if what you want is to rest at night this is not your place.Also, the staff was unpleasant every time we tried to order something, even if we asked for toilet paper they looked at us with a dirty face. I wouldn't go back to that place even if they paid me

Please do NOT stay here! We regret booking this place so much. The staff we encountered were ignorant, miserable, uncaring, bloody useless! Only 1 staff member in restaurant that was great, Mai I think her name was, she was lovely. The beach at this end is quieter but was littered with rubbish which I spent a morning collecting whilst staff watched me. The beds were rock hard, pillows huge and hard, rooms smelly, toilet water leaking onto the floor, the smell was horrible. When I informed staff I was told that they know! It will be fixed when we leave! Unbelievable. No kettle, coffee, tea, no cocktails available at restaurant as low season!!!!!!!! We booked at budget accommodation throughout our 1 month stay in the 3 Islands and this one was the ONLY one I gave a negative review. Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS PLACE

Been traveling for 2 years and the staff here are by far the worst I’ve come across. Extremely unfriendly and rude. Don’t bother asking them a question, it’s obvious they couldn’t care less. The rooms are fine for the price you pay, although the air con and WiFi are pretty bad. Location is good. But honestly the receptionist made such a bad impression it’s tainted our experience. Avoid if you can.

Rating for the restaurant only: Had the red snapper from the grill, with fried rice and French fries. Everything was very tasty. Fish perfect and tasted very good. The staff are super friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back!
