The staff at the counter spoke very curtly and did not accept transfers. We only paid in cash. Where in the world did they go? I was confused. The toilet had dirty stains on it. We went to buy bathroom cleaner and poured it in to let it bite off the dirt. I left because we didn't have a toilet mop. I asked for it and was afraid I'd be thrown out. I'm really considerate of the negative service.

The location is ok.The pool is really small. The staffs are always around and looking at you. It’s not a good point.I ask for only one advice about transport and they were unable to answer in English. They just said tuk tuk walking.

The rooms are spacious, suitable for the price. The receptionist is very friendly, recommends everything....impressed with the service. Inside the room is clean, the bathroom is very good. Most importantly, there is a swimming pool. Cross the road to take pictures of the beautiful sunset, very impressive.

Called to make the first reservation and another person said the price was and children could stay free. When I was going to pay, I was told that I had to pay an additional 200 baht and the employee spoke. It's like we're creating trouble for them. Not suitable for service personnel Plus he threatened that if he didn't pay, he would give it to someone else who was ready to pay a high price. Very bad.

Couldn’t ask more for the price we paid. The rooms are gloomy, I think if they did a little repairing it could be excellent. But the pool is nice, you can drink beer there, mattresses are cheap, which is why I put 4 stars. But the hotel area is spacious and green

Disgusting owners. My friends verbally agreed that tomorrow I would move in to live for two weeks, everything was confirmed, I arrived with all my luggage, and they said that there were no rooms available. At the same time, this woman at the reception did not consider it necessary to communicate with me, switched twice to newly arrived guests, no hospitality and did not even consider it necessary to apologize

Not as described. When booking a room through Agoda, received a non-smoking single bed room. Because we take our children to stay with us. But when I got there I got a double bed and the room smelled bad. I admit that I was very disappointed so I asked to cancel.

It's close to the pier and beach. Transportation to various islands is convenient. The accommodation is cost-effective. The room was quiet. I stayed here for over a week. There is also a swimming pool here.

The room is okay overall.Not old, not new, can be used..Very good location, Nathon Beach.There are food shops around the accommodation area, walk through the alley, behind there is a 7-Eleven market, in front of the pier in the evening there is a night market.The front of the hotel is a little dark. At night, there are lights in the walkways.
