400 baht room without air conditioning and bathroom amenities, hard bed, but quite quiet and not very humid. There was noise from the street, but it was louder for me than in other places and did not disturb my sleep. The balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows is a big plus. There is a free breakfast but one per person. The menu says 140 baht but is free for hotel residents. But I’ll be honest, it definitely doesn’t look 140. Check out is at 11:30. But check-in seems to be 24/7.

Place is nice, decent size room, bed was comfy. Free breakfast too. One of the cheapest rooms on the island. Friendly staff, all good. 400 baht

Among the many restaurants we came across the charms of this one we wanted to test nothing to say we made contact quite quickly we had the menu and we had a little time to decide impeccable value for money the plate is well stocked you have something to eat and in terms of taste ouch ouch ouch magnificent

We stopped to eat here, it was near where we were staying. The food was great! The green curry isn't sweet like I'm used to, which I actually prefer. The spaghetti was awesome. We're going to try to make it at home now, that's hpw tasty it was. I've never had bacon in spaghetti before.

My room was nice and clean with a balcony. Great location by Chaweng Beach. The owners and staff were welcoming and friendly. They also have a nice little restaurant. As an added bonus the offer a free breakfast. Good value for the money!

The place is very well located, close to places such as supermarkets, beach and night markets. The only thing to say is that the restaurant offers not very tasty food and the dishes have little quantity.

The rooms are old, but this is not a problem, the owners are, to put it mildly, not friendly, a small young girl, like the daughter of the owner at the reception in a cafe, has a nasty, grumpy character. …

The rooms are old, rundown, there is a noisy road nearby, sewer manholes on the road near the hotel make a loud noise when cars pass through them, the owner of the hotel and her daughter work at the reception in a cafe from the hotel, grumpy and always dissatisfied, they are friendly only to those who order a lot at their restaurant. The hotel is cheap and the attitude of the staff is appropriate.

What started off to be a nice stay in a perfect location unfortunately didn’t end as nice. Checkout time was 11AM and I had a transfer booked at 2PM so decided to stay in their restaurant until then. Around 1-2 hours after checkout I was confronted by one of the workers. I was accused of bringing a girl back to the hotel and staining one of their towels (bare in mind the restaurant had many people all of whom were looking at me). This accusation was completely false and seemed to be plucked out of mid-air. I did not bring any girls back to the hotel whilst staying there and as far as I’m aware did not stain any of their towels. The towel which was shown to be stained was left on the floor which could have possibly caused a stain but I’m sure I would’ve seen this. The member of staff was very rude in this situation and completely humiliated me in front of other customers and guests. It’s a shame because the guesthouse was nice, the location was nice and the restaurant was nice. All to be ruined by rudeness and false accusations.
