My wife and I stayed at the Natural Hotel because it was walking distance to a place where we had a project and it was priced lower than other hotels near by. Price and location were the only things we liked about this hotel.When we arrived and walked into the hotel lobby, a guy told us we had to check in at the restaurant across the street. I immediately felt frustrated by the bad customer experience. My first impression of the property is that it reminds me of an abandoned mini golf course. There is a big lawn with spots of fake grass, strange decorations like giant plastic sheep, and a couple of spread out trees.The lobby also had an abandoned feeling. There is a dark, minimally decorated dining area between the front door and the reception desk. Over my two night of staying here, I have not seen a single receptionist in the lobby. On check-out day, I wanted to ask someone if I could leave my bags at the hotel while I went out for the day. There was nobody to be found, and the restaurant across the street was closed until 12 when I was meant to check out. When I walked through the “dining room”, there was somebody sleeping in a makeshift kids play area. I was too weirded out to see if it was the receptionist.Lastly, the room was also poor quality. The first thing I noticed was that the door didn’t open all the way due to scratching against the ground. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking around the base, and the flush buttons were broken. Additionally, the bathroom door knob was broken and the towels were ragged around the edges.Two positive aspects of the hotel are the pool and fitness room — though it was more of a closet. When we went to the pool, I wanted to get a towel from reception. Like I mentioned above, no one was there, so I had to help myself to some in the cleaning closet. The pool was nice, especially in the afternoon when the hotel building shades the water. We were able to get a good workout in the cramped fitness room, but I wouldn’t want to work out there for more than one day.

This is the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in, the cash payment is 750 baht, but I feel it has double the quality, that is, the service staff is not working full time

Lamentable.. We stayed 4 nights the cleaning was not done I had to empty the toilet trash myself and ask for clean towels!! Air conditioning unit no longer held. No reaction from reception. What a shame we had stayed in this hotel before covid and everything was fine. Too bad everything seems to be abandoned.

The hotel itself was good. We arrived and wait an hour and half to get into our room. To our surprise it was actually nice inside the bedroom for the price. Down fall would be that the reception opens late ( 11am) so we couldn’t ask them for stuff until then. We also did not get new towels so we had to ask for some and ask for toilet paper as it wasn’t stocked up. The pool looked nice to swim in.

Good value for money, despite an establishment in need of a good refresh.The rooms are functional, not ultra clean but given the price, it's difficult to ask for more.Good location, big plus on the scooters available at the hotel: inexpensive and in good condition.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and cosy. We had a 3 person room right next to the pool. Small cafe with excellent food on the premises. Only 10 mins walk from Fisherman's Village. Would highly recommend to stay

Collect money before staying The air-conditioned room and the air-conditioning fan are not cool at all. Just tell me to fix it. It's a mysterious location. I don't recommend it. If people haven't been there before, it's hard to find.

Really nice hotel relatively close to Fishermans Village. However, I would not go for the walk in the evening if you are afraid of street dogs, because there are a few of them on the road. The staff were really friendly and cleaned our room as soon as we asked. They also ordered a nice taxi for us when we had to go on to the next destination.

Very great hotel for little money. Absolutely great and nice staff always helpful. Manager is always laughing and absolutely polite. The location is very quiet and yet everything is easily accessible on foot. However, a room at the back is recommended because the pool is in the front and it can get louder if there are wrong guests, but only 3 times in 4 weeks.

We were kept waiting saying the room was not ready, no problem. But when we entered the room, there was no soap neither in the shower nor in the sink, and there was no kettle. We asked for it, but it was very bad in terms of cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom walls were very dirty, the shower joints were black, they came to maintain our room 3 days later, but the shower was not cleaned, the liquid soaps were not filled. Moreover, there is no security or reception in the evenings. I woke up at 4 in the morning jumping on the 3rd floor because young people were jumping into the pool. I went in and woke up with jumping and laughing. I definitely do not recommend it.

The hotel was quite good and at a good price.The swimming pool was great but the gym was quite simple.The location is ok, near from the airport, but you need a bike to move around easily. They rent them there.The staff was really friendly and nice!Recommended
