The 4 boys who work the bar in the resturant are the most politest smilliest friendlyest boys iv met always go above and beyond and the cooks are amazing. Thehouse keepers make your room a home so nice amd clean will chis this residance all the time and so will my family who travel alot

This property is stunning, like literally breathtaking,... Everything was Clean and tidy, views amazing, my only problem was that the hill to get to the property is unbearable. No taxis would collect us and our scooter didn't have enough uumph to make it up the hills. You need a 4x4 vehicle

The villa looks good, the staff is very kind and welcoming, but it is quite difficult to live here. If it rains - power will go down again, you wont be able to cook or take a shower. The power goes out every 3 days and the wifi is literally one of the worst I've ever encountered. Constant packet loss and lag. It’s just uncomfortable to work and generally interact with the Internet

You are very remote here and have no reception. In addition, the WiFi at our stay worked for a maximum of 1 hour. We were without WiFi for 4 days. The rooms are okay but they look less maintained than in the photo.

BAD EXPERIENCE/POSITIVE:- views- the man at the reception and the luggage handler and the chef at the restaurant were friendlyNEGATIVE:- The dinner portions are very poor, small in quantity and at the end they don't give you the option to eat anything else because there isn't even a sad vending machine, so the first night we went to sleep hungry...- It is the first time in my life that they bring me the bill and force me to pay while we are having dinner around 11pm!! SORRY BUT COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! Very unempathetic waiters!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!- The buggy that came to collect the suitcases did not arrive at the agreed time, so we risked missing the flight and we had to drag the suitcases to the reception in the middle of the climb.- the room door was stuck, it could be a big problem…- the pool rails of poor quality and construction, I got a wound on the sole of my foot...- just a sad water in the mini bar, no food, no beer or anything!! VERY SAD considering that there was no option to buy food in the ENTIRE RESORT and it is 1 hour walk from the supermarket or bars…* You should offer more facilities and have a responsibility according to the category of the hotelI will not return!!!

My recent experience at Panorama samui residence was quite disappointing. The restaurant service was extremely slow; I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my food, even though I was the only customer, and the food always came overcooked. Additionally, the WiFi was incredibly slow, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse the internet. To make matters worse, mobile data didn’t work properly in the area, leaving me completely disconnected. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay.

We wanted to take a look at this location before we went to book......due to negative reviews.......before we had even gotten off our scooters we were approached in a very nasty way by a kind of security guard in a nice suit .....we have ourselves (for the first time,in Thailand, chased away)I would let this one go.....in search of the real beautiful Thai

Horrible horrible horribleBadly placed: taxis and cars including the port shuttle cannot go to the top of their hotel so the hotel taxis will pick you up at the bottom of the main street for an extra charge of 200 baht obviously! Unacceptable for a “5 star” hotelIn addition: full of insects, room service with missing ordered dishes.The best for last, the guard forgot to pick me up the morning of my flight in front of the room with the cart because he was asleep!!!! I could have missed my flight because of these idiots who assured me that he would come pick me up with my luggage that I had to drag all the way to the hotel!!!!Doubly unacceptable!!!The receptionist sent me on whatsapp “the security guard must have forgotten you”You are lousy lousy!!!

First of all, the positives. The rooms were clean and the view of the sea was beautiful.Now to the negatives.Unfortunately, the photos do not match the reality at all. The rooms are outdated and worn, technology (air conditioner, TV), inventory, showers, etc.. The wifi is an absolute disaster! The scooter, wich you can rent by the hotel, was old and broken, had no power to get up the hill to the hotel. You expect something more from a 5 star hotel! We were not well received and did not feel comfortable, so only 2 stars.

The hotel has a beautiful view and the staff are helpful, but its drawbacks are insects everywhere, even in the villa’s private pool. Transportation is difficult to access because it is on a high mountain. The hotel provides a tree that goes down to the city at a specific point at specific times. The hotel does not provide shoes in the rooms.

quiet residence, immersed in nature on a mountainside with a view of the sea with turquoise waters... Linda, the mistress of these enchanted places is attentive to the smallest detail during your stay, the staff is attentive and of unparalleled kindness. the restaurant is excellent and varied, the fitness room is well stocked by Guillaume the husband of the hostess, the swimming pools are almost everywhere in the complex, possibility of having a massage on site... in short the place is idyllic. I had a 10-day stay with an incredible view! Staff who are very attentive to our needs, very smiling, helpful and kindthe place is on a hill but there is a free shuttle service from reception which is very convenient to get down from 8am to 8pm free or a taxi service available from reception if neededThe accommodations are very well maintained with a cleaning service every day.The food is good and very varied! Thai dishes, European dishes, good cocktails.There is a very large gym with sea viewIf you want excursions you can ask directly at reception who can organize everything at no extra cost! I recommend this establishment 100%! I will come back with great pleasure! 🤗

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment is spacious and luxurious with a lovely private swimming pool. It is very well equipped and the staff of the residence are absolutely charming and always very available and attentive to our comfort. The big plus of this hotel is obviously the incredible view, we never tire of admiring it! We also took advantage of the very good restaurant and the gym. In short, it’s a little paradise!

Absolutely stunning resort ❤️Exceptional location with lovely sea view, private infinity pool and huge modern room, including an open space kitchen dinning area, bedroom and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Met the oweners on our stay and they were super friendly, definitely a place to come back again ❤️
