I LOVE THIS PLACE, we never stayed in the accom but we went there almost every night in koh phangan to hang out and play pool, the lady who works there is such a sweetheart and they play such nice tunes and have hammock by the beach where you can relax have a beer and joint i think we fell asleep in those hammocks atleast 3 times me and my bpyfriend absolutely loved this bae its quite literally heaven on earth i cant wait to go back

This place is like hidden paradise in Ko Phangan. If there is no Full Moon party it's really calm place to relax, nomad work, lot of sunshine. Kite surfing school in area.

I can't say anything about the accommodation, but the bar is absolutely great and a particularly beautiful place for sunset! The bar is super cozy with relaxed music and the cocktails are some of the best I've tasted in many weeks on Koh Phangan and for 160 baht per cocktail :)In addition, I have found what I consider to be the best and fairest weed shop on the island in terms of price! Just a small shelf right next to the bar on the wall, but a great selection of unusual varieties in top quality at unbeatable prices between 150 and 250 Baht per gram. All thumbs up :)

Don’t book! We booked 3 months ahead 2 bungalows for the fullmoon party.. a week before our booking they started aending us a request to cancel- of course i said we want to keep the booking because is nothing available anymore on the island.. they said is not available anymore..how can a confirm booking from 3 months suddenly be not available! in the day of arrival we asked for pick up they said the place is in renovation we had to book something expensive last minute, passed by the place- it was not in renovation! Book anything else but this! Very unreliable, inconvenient, worse experience!

Well I booked the room online on fullmoon day and they say I have to pay when we get there. And when we get to haad rin we tried to call them like hundred times no one pick up , so we had to find a new place to stay, took us an hour. Can’t imagine if we couldn’t find a place. If you gave the room to someone else you can just tell us, you’re not supposed to leave customers like that👎

Expensive (we booked late) and the toilets are not western standards but the location is amazing the rooms are nice! They have a nice bar with a beautiful view and nice people!

If I could I would give 0 stars. It was bad. We arrived and paid. When we saw the bungalow from the inside we went straight back out. The smell was terrible, it was dark, the beds were hard as rocks and the bathroom was a disaster. We are used to simple bungalows. But that has nothing to do with vacation. When we asked to cancel the booking in a completely relaxed manner, we were shouted at incomprehensibly. In the end we had to pay for the first night thanks to a lack of goodwill, but it was still worth it.

WORST PLACE - AVOID!Small, musty rooms in blue, moldy air conditioning, completely dirty fans and windows. Once we had a mattress that was very disgusting and dirty and once it was brand new but still wrapped in cardboard and foil with a sheet on top. The pictures on the walls were also still shrink-wrapped. Everything dirty and loveless. The team became aggressive and didn't pay us anything back even though we didn't spend a night there and politely asked for a refund.

Strengths: the strategic location and an exceptional view of the sunset.Having said that the bungalows are quite sparse, small and damp. Without ventilation. Hard beds. Only one power outlet. If you find it at a good price it's great, if not there's better out there.Pay us a visit, even just for a short while, for a beer at sunset!
