First time we stayed at Samui City Hotel and would return next time.900 baht a night. Good location on the main road, modern and clean. Nice pool. Small gym (could do with some gym matts on the floor)Rooms cleaned every day.Beds are very wide. Firm but not too firm like previous thai hotels I stayed at. Would be nice to have a memory topper as I prefer a softer bed for front/side sleeping.Staff are helpful and friendly. They can arrange for motorbike rent.They do charge for any stains on towels/bedding however (my son had a nose bleed and used the towel as it was close to hand), however theres a laundry shop very close by who clean for less than the hotel charges.Only issue for us was that the TVs arent smart TVs and the signal for channels wasnt very good. Some channels just say No Signal. One French speaking channel, No English and the rest Thai. When staying for 3 weeks this is an issue at times. No apps on the TV (Netflix etc) or ability to connect our phones/devices to the TV.

Excellent location of the hotel, convenient to get to all locations of the island. If you get tired of Thai food, there is a restaurant nearby that serves Russian and European cuisine, "Leo & Lily". It's delicious and cozy there

I think it's really good for those who rent a car.Parking lot is good.The room photos are almost similar.I stayed on the 4th floor and didn't see any ants.The rooms are very clean.If you just pay a little more attention to cleaning the bathroom, everything will be fine.When I stayed, I was constantly looking at the swimming pool.Key deposit 300 bahtPlease lend me a wifi routerYou can return it when you check out.I will stay next time too.

The hotel is located along the main road. There is car parking in front of the building. And behind the building, a 4-story building has an elevator, the room is not small or big. Some rooms have balconies with mountain views, the highlight is the beds are thick and soft, like new, as well as good quality bedsheets, rooms fill up quickly, so it's best to call and reserve in advance.

The place is terrible it's dirty, staff are useless,, WiFi useless and you can hear nect door having sex all night and then they tried overcharging my Girlfriend on the bill . Worse place I stayed at.

Very nice hotel located on the main street of Chaweng, just a little bit off the seafront.The structure is quite new and the rooms quite large, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a small gym. Courteous and welcoming staff.

The bathroom is very smelly. The water heater doesn't work. The best thing is that the female receptionist is very rude. (Especially the female employees, who are thin and white, over 30 years old) make facial expressions, open their mouths and look up. If the owner comes and sees them, please help change the employees before there are no more guests staying.

Hotels with rooms that have an unpleasant smell of sewage, but the most serious thing was that for days I had the perception that I was missing some money in the safe, having the doubt I had written down the sum precisely to avoid having doubts after 2 days I go to check the money and more than 20,000 baht was missing. I made a report to the police and to the manager of the facility who was grumpy and disinterested in the serious situation. I learned that in this hotel there have already been other cases like mine with reports following. Avoid going if you don't want to ruin your holidaysHotel with comera that have an unpleasant smell of sewage, but the most serious thing was that it was days that I had the perception that I was missing money in the safe, having the doubt I had written down the sum just to have no doubts after 2 days I go to check the money and more than 20,000 baths were missing. I report to the police and the manager of the structure, grumpy and disinterested in the serious situation.
