Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is filthy, the shower barely works and most importantly they will look for any and all opportunities to scam you out of as much money as possible then "forget" to give you your deposit. Do not stay here.

The pool and hotel were very nice, and the man who ran the hotel was too. The only issue was as we were leaving in the morning, when the staff realised this they rushed to the room physically shooed us out of it. Then on reception they produced a mildly dirty towel that we hadn’t used and charged us 150 baht. Left a very sour taste after a pleasant stay

Great location, it’s so quiet but walkable to shops and beach. I liked the energy of the receptionist and the hotel itself.
I travels with two kids (6 and 8) and the double room with the double bed was big enough for me as they have a nice sofa bed.

I've stayed here many times and it's considered okay, but the latest round is that 1 hotel pillow is very hard. The pillows on the sofa looked like black mold. I was lying down and someone opened the door. While sleeping, someone came knocking on the door and unlocked the door (housekeeping staff). Should there be a sign to hang, do not disturb? I would like to improve this place.

Staff is nice. The beds are not the best but not the worst either but the bed linen was not completely clean. There is mold in the bathroom and a noisy construction site next to the hotel. The faucet leaked over the sink which meant you got wet when washing your hands and the soap dispenser was broken. There was only cold water for showering.

Hotel located a few meters from the center and the coast, renovated rooms, air conditioning, TV, cotton sheets and towels, everything very clean and smells good. Every day they make your bed, they replenish the bottled water, there is a mini kitchen. Receptionists and hotel people very friendly. It has been lucky to find this place. We will be back!

The service staff is very good. The rooms are clean, there is a swimming pool and a little view of the sea. Saw a little view of Koh Tao city. I really liked it.

If you stay here, I would not recommend to do your laundry here. They gave me back 3 things of other people and they lost my beloved shorts. My friend also received clothes from other people, really weird. Furthermore, they did not even offer me a refund for the laundry… I hope the hotel service is better. Also, the communication via email is very inconvenient. It is sad that it fails some customer convenience unfortunately. Hopefully, they can improve their laundry service by sorting things out of their customers.

Got sent here as our original hotel had overbooked and didn't have space for us. Don't book here. There are much better budget hotels on Koh Tao. Booked a pool view room, was taken through someones car yard (??) and rubbish tip to get to our room tucked away in back corner. Asked about pool view, said the pool view rooms were taken. There was literally only 2 other people in this whole place..? AC didn't work, gaps underneath doors to let heat in and bugs. Don't bother. Walked in and right out.

None of the services offered on the site were available (pool bar, bar and kitchen downstairs, etc.). Then on two occasions the hotel staff entered the room while we were sleeping and without knocking on the door. We had ants in the room, a cockroach in the bathroom and stained sheets. The laundry service also needs to be reviewed because in the evening we returned the clothes were on the floor because of the wind.The only positive point is the location but at this price you can find much better

Initially we did not want to stay here due to the reviews. Ultimately, we had to as we’re planning everything a day before, hence we spent a night for 1600 baht. To be fair, everything was fine, although pricey. Shower tended to go from hot to warm, otherwise no issues. There are cheaper alternatives, but it all depends on preference. We stayed elsewhere for 800baht, however that was half the size of this room. Pick your preference :).Still looks to be picking up from either covid, or it was the low season, as the hotel was dead silent and empty, also bar was not available.

When we arrived the owner we had booked a room for 2 adults 2 kid that according to agoda had space enough. There was no understaning from pranee and they claimed that the hotel couldnt be booked through agoda (!!!). …
