Already reserved accommodation and paid. Call to ask where you can get the keys. But the accommodation informed me that the room was full even though I had already paid. In conclusion, I have to find a new place to stay. If the room is full, why sell it through a different accommodation app? Very bad ððŧððŧððŧ

Hello everyone, first of all, when I arrived there was no one at the reception, which seemed strange to me, I had to talk to a person who was outside the accommodation, to see if they knew if anyone worked here.That was the first thing that surprised me, then this same person who kindly came to the reception with me, called a phone number that apparently belongs to the person in charge.After that, this lady who helped me call the person in charge grabbed a key that was on reception and handed it to me.Ok, I thought everything was in order, but upon entering the room the unpleasant smell began to invade the entire room as soon as we entered, the towels were poorly washed, I didn't want to touch anything at all.I decided to leave, I wanted to contact by phone, by WhatsApp, but I couldn't contact the manager.I don't recommend it to anyone!By the way, I forgot to say: I ALREADY PAID FOR THE RESERVATION, but I'm leaving as soon as I arrive.I looked for a hotel nearby and left.People who travel on vacation need security and comfort.
