Great stay! Big rooms, very clean and good smelling. Good shower, the most comfortable bed ever! Netflix. Quiet area but very close to everything. The party zone is just 5 minutes walk, as well as the beach. Also has a quiet nice coffee shop outside the hotel and 3 minutes from 7/11. And the stuff is so nice and welcoming, everybody was very helpful, thank you! Very recommended.

We were there because we were diving not far away.Unfortunately, the accommodation was quite stuffy and sometimes very loud at night. But that is probably simply due to the location in Koh Tao.Room service was great, everything was there.

!!!Rooms and service below all criticismWe had a strong smell of urine in the toilets after we complained about the smell we were asked to wait for treatment we returned to the hotel after five hours, no one took care of the smell, and there was no answer and availability at the reception after we called the owner of the hotel and complained, she hung up on us inside, not even an option to change rooms, the next day we left the hotel and of course we did not get the money back for the rest of the nights we had left

Rooms look very clean and well-kept: nice large TV on which you can watch Netflix. Good internet connection and the service from the staff is fantastic. Water, clean towels and a smile from the staff every day. The bed was the best I have slept on this holiday👌

So I’ve stayed here twice for both a solid couple of weeks. It’s great location and the rooms are nice and clean and functional, nothing luxurious. However I would encourage a couple of improvements. Having a full length mirror in the room would be a huge help. And maybe having the shower caddy in the shower rather than outside. Just small details make such a difference. Also don’t gaslight your guests when they say the AC didn’t work. Which the man soon realised it wasn’t working because the filter needed changing.

What we loved most was the owner of Wyh Hotel, Phimnatda! She's the most wonderful women we've met while travelling around Thailand! Friendly, caring and would literally do everything to make her guests happy. She even organised us our personal diving instructor (Vim) and thanks to that, we had the best diving experience with a local person. Thank you for everything Phimnatda and we would always come back! 🫶🏽

Excellent hotel!!Wyh Hotel in Koh Tao.The host/hostess is very nice and welcoming.There is a place next to the hotel where you can rent a motorcycle for 250 baht per day, and of course leave your passports (but don't worry the seller puts them in a safe + there is a 24/7 camera that takes pictures of the place)The hotel is located a few meters from all the hustle and bustle of the city, just a 5 minute walk plus or minus and you are there.The hotel has excellent rooms with air conditioning of course, shower facilities and a luxurious bedroom.There is also a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.I really enjoyed the stay.If I go back to Koh Tao I will come again

I cannot find a single weak spot for this hotel. It’s located 1 minute walk from all the action in sairee (diving schools, restaurants, etc). However, it’s quiet at night unlike many others on the main road so you can get a good night sleep.The bathroom is a western style one, with a proper shower space and water pressure.The owner and stuff are super nice and helpful if you need anything. They let you use snorkel equipment at no cost. Great value for money. I’ll certainly would love to be back.Thanks for everything!

The doors to the corridor are kept open all day and night. Meaning the rooms are full of mosquitoes. Corridors full of butterflies moths and mosquitoes and geckos.You need to ask for a hairdryer and also return it after use.The water is barely lukewarm unless you shower in the evenings. Even then it lasts a few minutes.Location was good. Netflix was good tooThe main door is shut very early 5pm which I don’t think is good. It should be kept open until at least 9pm.

Just okay, simple and basic. They put a nice baby bed in the room for our little one. They did not have a pick up of drop of like a lot of other hotels do (as I heard from people we met). You enter in the evening/night at the back, front door is closed, with a stairs. Very slippery when it was raining and a bit rocky back with no normal road, but rocky pavement. If you are looking for silence in the middle of all the nightlife its good and they have a good tv with Netflix stuff.
