The room is very spacious. There is liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner in unlimited bottles. The water is strong and the bed is soft, not hard. It's only connected to accommodation room 215. The ceiling light is on and off. When I sit and work, it blinks and it goes out. Both orange lights and white lights Overall the location is good. Near the community The rice and curry restaurant in front of the accommodation is delicious. There is a coffee shop across the street. Definitely won't starve to death. The entrance system is a key card, there is an elevator, and there is sufficient parking. There is a security guard to take care of you during the night.

Nice modern, clean rooms with large bathroom. surrounded by loads of nice restaurants and 7/11 just around the corner. Staff speak English and are polite and helpful. Stayed here many times over the years and will keep coming back. Excellent value for money

The soundproofing in the room is poor. The rooms are 4 spaces apart. When you open and close the room, you can hear all the noise. The accommodation is also a room for rent. There were people coming in and out all the time. Stayed on Friday-Saturday and encountered drunk teenagers opening the door from 1 AM until 3 AM. I couldn't stand it and had to come out and scold me. I almost thought there would be an issue. Anyone who wants to relax quietly, recommend another place.

Quite a large room. Generally clean. Very good location. Still extremely quiet at night. Large parking lot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I was satisfied.

Leave the accommodation in the evening. There are restaurants scattered around, not too far to walk. But in the late morning there is enough dim sum. Booked through Agoda, not expensive, but not as described. The bed and pillows smelled so bad I could hardly sleep. The door to the room is locked, making it difficult to get in and out when carrying luggage. There is a key deposit of 500 baht.

The room is clean, spacious and has all the amenities. The bathroom is spacious and has a hot water heater. The room is quite new. The security system is quite good. There is an elevator. You don't have to carry your bags up to the building.

The accommodation is 30 sq m wide and is considered quite large. Located in a community area, it is very easy to find food. Guest rooms require a key card to enter the accommodation and room. Considered reasonably safe It is like an apartment. There should be a monthly rental as well. Inside the room, there is a small dishwashing area at the back. There is a balcony outside the room which when opened you can see the front of the school. The bathroom is very wide. Separate zones for shower and sink. Large bed Personally, for us, the mattress is good. Not too soft or too hard. Sleep comfortably without back pain. The air conditioner is very cool. But the room may not keep much sound. Because I could clearly hear the sound outside. There are drinks available in the refrigerator (additional charge) for those who did not buy them, prepare to come in. As for the person who receives customers at the counter (likely the owner), he speaks well, unlike in the reviews of other customers I've encountered. And also help us use the key card when entering the building. Personally, I like and am very impressed with this place. I have a chance to come stay again (stay in room 304).

2nd stay The first time 3 years ago, it was quite okay, so this time I came to stay again. The day I came in, the staff spoke very curtly. I stayed on the 2nd floor, there was no elevator. There were employees who could only stand and look at us as people went up the stairs. Breakfast is said to be 7:30 a.m. It's time, no employees come at 8:00 a.m. There were 2 eggs and 1 piece of salty bacon. Half a baked tomato, 1 head of baked potato. The bedroom is quite spacious. Overall, I won't go again next time.
