Not that clean But the worst thing is The room is not soundproof. No matter what they're talking about above. Or the sound of the phone coming in, you can hear everything. It's a very bad rest. The noise is very loud. The room can't keep sound at all. Didn't sleep all night Traveling is tiring. Instead of resting and sleeping comfortably. But I had to endure the noise all night.

The accommodation is clean, there is a housekeeper who comes up to clean and refill the water in the refrigerator every day. Good service staff Recommend good customers Giving five stars for staying four nights, very impressed. If I come to Surat again, I will come back to stay at the same place.

Many events The hotel conveys the message that they are focused on revenue more than service. You seem to think too little about everything, such as the breakfast being of poor quality. Equipment that is not up to standard The bathroom door didn't close properly, couldn't be locked. The room door that once closed shook the entire floor. (The telephone in the room is broken. The staff told the customer to use a cell phone to call the hotel instead.) The swimming pool tiles were peeling off. Including monetary fines (higher than the value of the damage) for minor matters.

Terrible, blaming the customer for dirtying the towel from the lotion. with cosmetics Charge extra money 250 for towels The owner came out and argued with the customer himself. that charts like this are shared with every customerNo service mind, have slept in many hotels. I've never encountered this before.Whoever is staying, please bring your own towel.When I went to take out the towel and look at it. There are a lot of lipstick marks, but it's not the color I used. The marks are very new. What do you want? Do you have an answer for customers? At first, the lobby employee showed me the picture. There's just a little black mark. But this one has lip marks too.

Nice place to stay with family. Convenient location near downtown, quiet place. Aircon and showers worked well. We did not try the restaurant. I gave it 5 stars because I think for the price this is the best place in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

I really like it. The rooms are comfortable and there is a free swimming pool. Overall, I like it.The sales staff provided very good service. If there was a problem with the TV, they were replaced immediately. They spoke well and were impressed with the hotel. Really quality hotel, 10/10
