A place that brings me back to Kosmoi of old, simple and clean rooms, a very calm and connecting atmosphere to the place, the owner of the place (Faya) is always attentive and very nice, the location is perfect in my opinion, the beach is simple and beautiful without too many tourist attractions. In short, an excellent place for a simple, fun vacation at a super fair price

The manager of this hotel is super arrogant. We didn't live here but happened to walk through off the main road. There were no signs, when we were almost all the way out at the beach he yelled at us about what we were doing if we even lived there and it was his land. We stood wide-eyed and looked as we had no idea that you were not allowed to go through. He kept pointing out that we could at least ask. He was very unpleasant and I will never live there or eat there. To say the least, I am appalled by his behavior. We have never been to this area so we don't know.

I would never want to disrespect someone older than me, but if someone puts me down, especially in front of my family, I will have to do what is necessary. This comment was written entirely for this purpose...We arrived in Samui at night, I booked this hotel at the last minute as things did not go as planned. The reception was empty, and a small dog was standing right in front of it and barking at us. We couldn't get in... We called the numbers on the internet and booking, but couldn't get an answer. As a last option, my wife had the courage to distract the dog and went in and took the number on the reception desk. The owner of the hotel came from the other hotel across the street. He gave us a room to spend that night without any further action. He said he was there between 8am and 5pm and that we could come during the day and handle the transaction. After we settled in the room, we encountered negative things, we couldn't sleep etc. (I won't give details) we had a hard time.We had work to do the next day, so I packed my bags and left them at the reception in case they would give me the right room, and I called the hotel owner after 5pm. He never let me talk on the phone. Not only did he not give us the room we got, he used words like "If you want to go, go." I still feel ashamed of myself for writing a constructive comment. I wanted to meet face to face (in case he wouldn't keep interrupting me), we went to the hotel and I tried to be constructive there too. I said I AM A HOTEL EMPLOYEE TOO, I UNDERSTAND YOU, but he kept putting words in my mouth, saying 'I know I know'.I insisted that the materials in the room were dirty and that we could move to another room, but he still said "It's a 17-year-old hotel, these are normal, you can leave if you don't want it" without listening at all. Finally, I offered to pay the price and stay at his other hotel. He viewed her equally negatively. He embarrassed me in front of my family without allowing me to speak a word. I prove dirty things in photos, he tells me "you can't call my hotel dirty". The building may be old, the bathroom may be moldy, something may be dirty, but disrespecting the guest will ruin everything. I'm sorry, I can't forgive this...
