The location of the hotel is super nice, the private beach is also in a great bay, great for snorkeling.The rooms are nicely furnished, but the technical condition of the rooms is a disaster! The water pressure in the shower was barely there! Hardly any water came out and I had trouble getting the shampoo out of my hair. The shower on the beach below also consists of a small stream that is more of a trickle than a shower. There were only two temperatures: boiling hot or freezing cold. Very unpleasant! We asked but unfortunately they couldn't help us, the staff likes to say "they don't understand what you want" which is why the low rating for the staff. The cleaning staff and restaurant team were super nice, but the rest of the team was often not very accommodating.Our friends, who had a total of two different rooms, also had the problem with the shower. We stayed 10 nights.

The pros: stunning location with 2 beaches, nestled in among the rocks and gorgeous coral in the bay. The breakfast was plentiful and good - lots of choices, buffet style. The staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. We were in a "deluxe" room with a little balcony, which was nice. The room was well-appointed with a place to hang clothes, big bathroom, a desk, 2 beds (1 twin, 1 queen) and mini fridge.The cons: the upper rooms near the restaurant get noise from the busy road that the resort is on. The room was in need of some TLC - the shower drain didn't work properly, and the AC was very, very loud and very, very cold.

A beautiful, discreetly hidden beach with reefs. Great breakfasts, clean houses cleaned every day. Nice restaurant. The only (small) minus is sometimes, especially in the evening, no hot water in the shower. This is not a big problem, because the water is slightly warm, which is even good for the body considering this climate.

This hotel is located between Lamaï and Chaweng (closer to Lamaï) the setting is very pleasant, the staff are excellent, especially in the restaurant 😀On the other hand, avoid rooms 505, 506 etc which are on the side of the road and whose air conditioning remains very...delicate...display 27 degrees reality 17!! Had to turn it off during the night...

Nice hotel with great views and a beautiful beach with good snorkeling. From our balcony we had a beautiful view of one of the two adjacent beaches. The breakfast buffet was good, but unfortunately the other dishes we ate in the restaurant didn't impress us. The hotel is a bit out of the way. There is another restaurant on the beach, otherwise you need a taxi or a scooter.The staff could be a little nicer.

August 2024:- A swimming pool is impassable but they leave it open even though it is contrary to all the health precautions that should be taken- the other swimming pool follows the same path... Already black and with algae on the walls> Problems reported but no one takes care of them.Absolutely not worthy of a 4* and an unfortunately deplorable sense of service!

I loved the hotel, good food, friendly people and beautiful beach, the only problem was that there were cockroaches in our room.During our 4-day stay we saw 2 cockroaches, I think there should be improvements in this matter.The entrance to the beach also needed to be fixed, but otherwise it was very beautiful.

Beautiful view from our room. Friendly staff. Good food, fruit shakes and drinks. Awesome infinity pool. Several small beaches you can expect to be alone. The sea wasn’t very clear on our stay, but others say it’s very clear.

Great location and a fantastic view from our room! There were no animals and no dirt in the room. Everything very clean. The staff is super nice and helpful. The young man at the breakfast buffet in particular often made us laugh. The breakfast has everything you need and always fresh fruit. The food in the restaurant is also great. Unfortunately I got poisoned at one of the night markets and the hotel staff brought me fresh ginger tea and a banana. We also borrowed a scooter from the hotel and that worked great. By the way, my partner proposed to me on the hotel's private beach and the hotel set up a very, very loving tent with flowers and torches etc. So to all men who might also want to rekindle their love for their wife, that is possible here. 🤣😊

We did not stay at the hotel, but came once to spend time in the pool. I was captivated by its infinity and sea view🤤The cocktails were also very good, sometimes you have bad luck with that on the island. I liked that the bathroom was very clean, but the toilets were just dingy. It was impossible to enter. The reception staff were not polite, there were almost no sunbeds available, it is clear that this was because of the hotel. It’s quite good to come here to heal in the first half of the day, while it’s sunny here.

Big rooms, nice pool and kind stuff with a super open buffet breakfast. Restaurant is also really fancy and I tried a lot of different mains/starters/desserts which were delicious. Just next to the Coral Cove so it’s good to spend some time in a different bay with a nice seaside during low season but the only thing is that There ‘s an ATM ~10 minutes on foot but nearest center takes 20-25 minutes if you walk.

Beautifully designed hotel with a beautiful view. A little away from Chaweng Beach and Lamai. The street is a little noisy, but bearable. Everything else is correct. Perhaps you could set up a few more umbrellas and a few more loungers on the hotel's own beach. Also great for snorkeling.

A fantastic hotel complex. You have the feeling of being in the Seychelles. I have rarely seen such a magnificent view of the beach.When we tried to check in, the receptionist was very unfriendly and made us feel like we weren't welcome.The breakfast was great with a lot of choice. Simply fantastic 👍🏾

Absolute disappointment! Location nice, staff bad.We wanted to rent a scooter from the hotel. The woman who sits at the reception in the evening is incredibly unfriendly, can barely speak English and takes terrible care of the guests. She left us a key for a scooter and that was it. We then had to search for the scooter ourselves. We couldn't find the scooter and were able to encourage an employee to get up and help us find it. I have to say: there were three employees at the reception and no one lifted a finger to bring us the scooter or at least show us where it was. In addition, it was not pointed out that helmets are compulsory in Thailand! Caution!Bad service for a 4 star hotel!Hardly anyone pays attention to the guests or greets them. Of the 5 employees in the restaurant/bar area, one lady greeted us nicely in the evening, while everyone else stared at their cell phones.You have better luck with your employees during the day.The rooms are cleaned daily. It's clean.We expect friendly and courteous staff in a hotel, which is unfortunately rare to find here. We would not recommend this hotel.
