We had booked for 5 nights but only stayed one night because the room was really not good in the dark all the time, blocked window really not pleasant, on the other hand breakfast very good we were in another building we had to cross the street for breakfast and go to the beach at the Chaweng Cove hotel, very pleasant and smiling staff

This is across from Chaweng Cove Resort and included their great breakfast buffet on the beach terrace, use of their gym and pool too. We stayed here and everything worked fine. This gave us the resort experience at the wonderful Chaweng Cove which we stayed at too sometimes at a higher price.

Overall good, bathrooms need updating, everything else was very satisfactory. You could use the pool and the beach loungers on the beach at Cove Resort. The staff is also very friendly.

The rooms are decidedly larger than average, the service I would say is impeccable, in terms of cleanliness. Very decent bathroom, not huge, but very livable. The staff, needless to say, are available for every need. Perhaps the only flaw for the rooms facing the street is the lack of a view from the window (for this aspect perhaps the rooms opposite are better).

Everything is great, the place, the price, the service, very nice staff, they showed everything, you can use the Chaweng Cove swimming pool across the road, even though the windows looked out onto a noisy street, I slept well at night, the sofa is hard, as it should be, the room has everything you need, some tea, water, and coffee are free , there is shampoo, gel, toothpaste, brush and hairdryer, I am very satisfied

The water from the tap was brown in color, as was the toilet, and there was hardly any flushing water. Despite complaining to reception three times, there was no improvement in the situation. We didn't dare to shower or use the toilet in the room (we used the facilities at the pool and reception).The air conditioning was very loudThe hotel gets one star because it was possible to use the pool and beach access of the Hotel Cove.

Good in terms of price/value. Location is good, 7/11 is next door, 15min walking distance to the beach, friendly service, the number itself - well for its price it's fine, at the end this is a budget hotel

We arrived at the hotel where there are no receptionists, since the official hotel is on the other side of the road. The only welcome we had was 4 tourists smoking marijuana inside, since next door there is a legal sales store. The community door is always open, drunk tourists sneak in and try to enter your room thinking it is theirs.But don't worry, with the noise of the air conditioners being so loud in the street, it doesn't matter... They give you beach towels of different colors than the rest, so they can make it clear to you that you opted for the worst option. , we went to the beach chairs with the towels, and the hammock threw us out... Bathroom broken, dirty, full of Lime... One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in...

The shower is an absolute nightmare. Yes this is a budget hotel, but this is beyond something I could ever imagine. There is insufficient water pressure and there is a separate shower head for hot and cold water. See photo. No elevator. Rooms are noisy. Two stars because you can use the facilities of their more luxurious hotel.
