Very warm welcome despite the nonchalance of the pool bartender.Spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea, however a few things to review:- the bedding, mattress too hard- greasy soil- lack of socket and light in the room.The swimming pool is one of the biggest strengths of this hotel.And the hotel is very well located.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.1. **Mosquitoes and Ants**: The room is infested with mosquitoes and aggressive ants. There are also bedbugs, which caused severe skin issues during my stay.2. **Severe Condensation Problem**: There is a serious moisture issue, resulting in water pooling on the sticky floor. Even the bedding is damp due to the humidity, and sleeping in it will likely cause skin diseases and itching.3. **Weak Water Pressure and High Salt Content**: The water pressure is weak, and the water is very salty.4. **Insufficient Lighting**: The room is too dark due to a lack of interior lighting. If you open the curtains for light, you'll be directly facing your neighbors, leaving you with no privacy.5. **Unhygienic Breakfast**: The breakfast is unhygienic; I found several ants in the food.6. **Poor Soundproofing**: The room has no soundproofing, and the footsteps in the hallway are so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The noise was so intense that I was startled, thinking someone had entered my room.---The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. However, since Phi Phi Island is small and most places are within a 10-minute walk, don't let the good location convince you to stay in such a terrible hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel: centrally located but away from the noise. Easy to reach, amazing swimming pool and stunning views over the beach and bay.It was a real treasure to wake up everyday and admire the views.Sunsets amazing, good AC, our room always smelled nicely, good shower, swimming pool towels included and bottles of water everyday. Breakfast decent, but it could improve a little bit: however, there is an egg station and we're able to accommodate gluten free requests.We heard some music from the beach clubs at night but not very loud. We would come back for sure.

I like that it’s very close to the port. The swimming pool is really pretty. I like that it’s right next to the sea. The room at the accommodation is clean, spacious and nice. The bathroom is also great!!!!! I highly recommend it. But the deposit is paid in cash. Of course, it will be returned when you check out.

Terrible hotel and staff. very angry and impolite people. I was waiting for a friend in the lobby, a hotel employee came up to me and said that I couldn’t sit there and wait for a friend and kicked me out to the street, I went to the reception and asked permission to wait for a friend in the lobby. The receptionist started yelling at me in Thai. I have never met such bad people in Thailand. If you decide to live in this hotel, then think a hundred times, the people working here are terrible.

Lovely location, excellent service that allowed for early check in. Super good rooms with direct access to pool and also private balcony. Wifi is super weak but not too bad for the good esim deals for data

The rooms are old, but the location is really great.It's close to the dock and easy to go anywhere on Phi Phi Island.The swimming pool isn't bad either.The air conditioner is really great so it’s cold.The cleaning condition is a bit poor.If you want to add towels, etc., please add them.The first floor is directly connected to the swimming pool.(There is an additional amount)There is an umbrella in the closet on rainy days. Or you can rent one in the lobby.I will come here again next time.I've stayed in other places before, but I think the convenient location is the best.I wish there would be a 4-star hotel on Phi Phi Island.

This hotel has good size rooms and pretty decent. Noisy at night as it's close to all the shops and bars near the pier. Downside is definitely the breakfast. The Anchor where breakfast is served is very dirty. Flies everywhere and the food is left uncovered. After first night decided not to eat there again. Breakfast is ore made. No egg station to request eggs. Food was not fresh. Had a tummy ache. Wolo Travel was informed that I was not happy with this booking. To change they were charging an extra 24000. Staying here is fine but avoid the breakfast or don't include in your price.

Good hotel to spend a few days in Phi Phi, clean room. The girls at the reception were very friendly, but it is worth highlighting Mr. Prateep K, who was kind and very attentive, he made us feel very comfortable at all times. The pools are very nice and clean. The breakfast would improve a little more...And the location is very very good, just a few steps from the pier where you arrive. Overall very happy with the experience.

The security guard on 17th June 2024 23:45 was very unfriendly with us, we were just quiet chilling out next to the pool and he started screaming us room number, room number, i really hope that he gets fired after treating customer this way….not comming to this hotel again.

worst place ive ever been!!!! the service is so bad everyone is sooooo rude!! we got bitten by bug beds and we only stayed 2 nights jad to check out earlier. the worst part is they didn’t even want to refund us. one lady called us crazy. my advice is to never go there.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. BED BUGS. I’ve been in thailand for 3 weeks and I’ve never had any problems with bed bugs. I’ve slept in this hotel 2 nights and woke up my entire body covered with bed bug bites. I went to see the hotel staff the morning after, to explain to them the situation and ask for a refund because of how bad the situation was and they were extremely rude, told me it was my problem and they wouldn’t refund a single penny of my stay, even though I’d have to go the hospital, because of how bad the situation was. There’s also a review on tripadvisor from 2018, stating a similar experience. Also, the rooms are dirty, the shower stinks et the humidity is terrible. The beds are hard and literally wet from the humidity and AC. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. WORST EXPERIENCE. It’s way too expensive for what you get.
