A guesthouse located a little outside of Barbia Street in the city center.It's clean and reasonably priced.However, there are times when farangs gather near the balcony and drink until late at night, making it so noisy that I can't sleep.

A simple but cleanly maintained accommodation. I stayed on the first floor and the water pressure was good, the toilet drained well and there was no smell. The water quality is also better than Bangkok or Phuket. The room size is good and there is enough space to put things. Room cleaning and 2 bottles of water provided. The city's major tourist attractions can be reached on foot. Best value for money accommodation with a comfortable feel.

We enjoyed the stay …Untill On checkout, i realized I left my Gold rosary on the bed of the room. And within 1 hour of checkout time .. I tried to call the hotel and inform them about my rosary left under the pillow .But, none of the staff or receptionist understood english and made me feel helpless . And after multiple calls they just ignored my call.The Gold rosary was not lost, I left it under the pillow and don’t realize it to collect it . The rosary was very close to me and have been using it since 5 years . I still hope the hotel people courier it to me on my address of passport which they took as I.D proof . ☹️

A pleasant surprise!The location is central and the rooms are comfortable.Excellent quality-price ratio.The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.We were able to check in at 9am.

Hotel rooms are clean but small with limited amenities. We stayed for 1 night only so it was not an issue. the hotel location seems to be in appropriate, family travellers to think twice. however we havnt faced any issue. They also offer hiking and day tours. Many good breakfast options are available in the vicinity. One good facility is unlike other hotels they provide drinking water (hot and cold) for free. Bathrooms are having geysers so running hot water is not a problem.

Inexpensive and convenient, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Free plantains and coffee and tea in the office, as well as lockers to store valuables. Their was a flower festival in town that we would never have known about without the volunteered information from our host.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff are extremely kind and helpful, and booked our slow boat tickets to Laos for us. The rooms are simple but extremely comfortable and clean. Thought that free water and other refreshments were a lovely touch as well. Arguably one of the best locations at any hotel in Chiang Rai, only a two minute walk from the centre of town.

Super good value for money!Clean and comfortable room, quiet upstairs, I slept so well!The best part: the sheets smell super good!! 😍 I took the opportunity to have my laundry washed at the price of 30baht/kg and I was delighted that my laundry smelled great for several days!The owners are super nice, I made a mistake in my reservation and as I was really sick when I arrived they helped me find a solution, many thanks for that!!Hotel very well located too!

My mom and I love this place! Sunny is such a warm, polite, and kind man. We felt like he was taking care of us. Rooms have a good size, toilets too (specially the ones on the double bed rooms). There’s coffee, tea, and bananas every morning. There’s also a fridge and a place to refill the water bottles, which is green friendly. There’s a bit of noise in the ground floor because of the guests that own motorcycles, but it’s more quiet upstairs. People smoking in the open areas was a bit annoying, because it would get to the room sometimes. Still, we really enjoyed our experience and the value is great. Good location, with great restaurants around. Would stay there again!

I do not recommend it, we had a reservation through booking, and upon our arrival at 9:30 p.m. they told us that the hotel was full and they could not give us a room, they left us on the street without knowing the area and without any type of solution. Therefore, we do not recommend this hotel even though we have not tried its facilities.

Small guest house but fell like home. I was staying here for long time ago and i just came back to Chiangrai then I decided to stay here again - surprisingly i feel the same the guest house is very homey by Uncle and Aunty (owner). It is clean, the price is not expensive at all, central of the city very easy to walk around.
