Very clean room, like the bathrooms. Possibility to leave your luggage. Kitchen upstairs with everything for breakfast + games. I recommend.Only problem: the sockets in the rooms which do not hold. Impossible to charge our phones...

It's a great place, but the staff's customer service and system are disappointing. I paid for accommodation and bike rental in cash every morning for 7 days, but due to the lack of a digital system, I am having to search for all payment costs in documents every day. (See photo) Even when other staff members talked to me over the phone, they mercilessly refused to let me go for a long time. It was so unfair, but it was of no use as we couldn't communicate, and in the end, thanks to her, I had to miss my flight to Bangkok and look for another accommodation, and the place that felt like home for a few days turned into hell. Still, I'm not giving a bad rating because it was a comfortable place.

We booked a private double room which was very spacious for the price & it included a small balcony.No bathroom located in the room but there are shared ones a few metres away.There was a kitchen on the top floor where you could get free coffee & biscuits, keep your food/drink cold or cook your own meal.Staff were super helpful. You can book motorbikes and the slow boat through them at a reasonable price.Would have been nice if there was the ability to purchase drinks on the bottom floor/a bar to socialise. However, very well located so lots of choice around you.Quite a few reviews being a bit picky about the hostel. We thought it was great for literally £5 a night pp. Think some people forget how much they’re paying!

Was pleasantly surprised by the hostel. So new, modern, nice and CLEAN. Kitchen on 4th floor a plus tho no AC so ppl don’t really chill there. Same goes with downstairs lobby, not that social but a pleasantly relaxing recharge.

This hostel has been a life saviour for me for the first night, arriving on a late-evening flight from Bangkok. But other than that, despite its name, I have to say that there is nothing posh about it. There was no toilet paper in the toilets: I had to go from one toilet to another, trying to find some. Same for shampoo / shower gel dispensers in the showers : they were empty. They don't take care of their hostel. And this was while the staff were still there. (Because at 10 pm the staff leave, and it's not possible to check in anymore, by the way.)Other than that, there is a small locker beside each bed, and you get a key. That was practical. But it's not big enough to place a laptop.

A great little private room hostel for trips to Chiang Rai.Very clean and tidy, the kitchen area was very good too. The staff were very friendly and kind. The price for the room was great. The rooms were dark and with air con.The only problem is that the rooms are only slightly larger than the beds that occupy them, so can feel a tad cramped for longer stays. But there two ample sized social spaces to stretch out in.We rented bikes for 80 Baht each for 24 hours which we cycled around Chiang Rai (mostly getting wet due to Songkran)

Receptionist young lady with smile and friendly, speak english very helpfullAtmosphere of property very casual, clean bath room and bedroom, i sleep in private room share bathroom, have AC,but no little lamp for reading ( need small reading lamp in room), living room and kitchen have a view and provide tea, coffee,sugar, snack and mineral water. Location prefect for me only 5 minute walk to bis station and night market near 7/11, massage etc etcNeed deposit money for key etcetc 200B,Be kind with you bedsheet keep clean

There’s no space to keep your luggage in the room. Walls are so thinner so you can hear what happens in every room. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, we can’t complain about this. We book a motorbike with them, good service, additional the girl from reception was so nice and helpful.

I booked a standard double room via Booking - it didn't have a photo of the room but based on other photos, I trusted the room would be decent. (TBF the description said there was no window but it was hidden text and therefore I missed that). I was sorely surprised to find it was a tiny box room with no window. There was a double bed pushed against two adjacent walls with less than a metre space around the other two sides. Not enough floor space to open my suitcase. No shelves, just a row of about four small hooks on one cemented grey wall. The design was ugly, looked like a prison. I couldn't believe they were renting this prison cell for £16/night - and it didn't even have its own bathroom. I complained to the receptionist. She offered to upgrade me to the deluxe room for an additional 200 baht (around £10). I said that was really expensive for a hostel room and one without a private bathroom. She later spoke to the manager and they upgraded me for the second and last night for free which I appreciated. But even the deluxe room barely had any storage space. This hostel is extremely overrated. I don't know who designed it but it's hideous and depressing. None of the rooms have private bathrooms. The floors are polished and slippery with a random step therefore dangerous. The door to the prison room was a sliding one (to save space) and frustratingly difficult to lock. The private rooms are on the fourth floor, no lift, next to the communal area and you can hear people at times. You can also hear music from nearby venues at night which is distracting. Staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating hence why I am giving it 2 stars and not 1. Bicycle available for rent for 80 baht - considering the price of these ugly rooms, should be free! Here's an idea - reduce the space of the communal areas and increase the space of the bedrooms! Add an en-suite for the so-called deluxe room.

Great poshtel!! Night market is right nearby (about 3 minutes walk). The staff was super friendly and the bathrooms and beds were all clean. But the best thing is the free cookies, INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!! I can recommend it to everyone.

What an hostel! Loved it. Great location, 3min walk to the night market bazaar.Kind staff, who helps you with any questions. Such as transfer question (even offered to book my transfer to Bangkok), told me nice places to visit (hidden gems) & took really good care.There’s a huge kitchen on the 4th floor, provide free hot/cold water, you could rent bicycle. Each bed has curtains for privacy & a little cabin to lock. Separate and clean shower/bathroom.Highly recommend this place. Thanks again!

Newer building that has a cafe on the first level. Rooms are somewhat on the smaller side. Beds are fairly comfortable. The road it is on has a few pubs but isn't very loud. Plenty of toilets and shower stalls in the shared bathrooms. It's is kept very clean.
