The room was correct. Since we only stayed one night, I don't know what the cleaning service will be like but I suspect it's not much since we've only seen one worker. Not to mention the breakfast, next door there is a seven eleven and you can take advantage of having breakfast there for little money since the hotel only had bimbo bread.If you want to spend one night it will do the trick, for more days I recommend another hotel.

Normally I'm not a big deal person. What a big fuss, but for 750 baht per night, there's no breakfast. There's coffee to make, bread to eat and jam to run out of. There's no refill. In addition, the room was not cleaned at all, garbage was not thrown away, even when pulling out the blankets it was not neatly organized. Came back to find this situation even though I had informed and left the key. Going to stay like this for 300-400 per night is better than this. When I asked, the housekeeper was Burmese and said she had already made the room for me. Is that right??? Add: The TV is an old model. The shower water flowed very gently even though it was on the 2nd floor.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet, and the reception staff are lovely and friendly. I've brought my son here to stay several times. Traveling to many places is convenient. Food such as bread and coffee is available.

Staff ALWAYS on their phone. Half the time didnt hear us walk in the building or acknowledge us because they are on their phones. Stayed 3 nights. The first night there were other guests in the hotel, that day we got eggs for breakfast, and some other options. Once those guests left and it was just my husband and I the hotel we really got no breakfast. Cold coffee and bread. Was a bit disappointing seeing how we paid for breakfast and I cannot eat gluten, and had a nice breakfast the day before. Much shame. The rooms are spacious and nice, but the care from the staff is not there. If I had the option to stay here again, I would not.

Price in the hundreds, not far from Chiang Rai Night Bazaar. The reception staff provided very good service. When booking through booking, the price did not include breakfast. When staying at the hotel, breakfast is provided as well because there are 5 rooms. There are only a few types of breakfast but it is delicious and of good quality.

I'm still not very impressed. The water system still needs to be fixed. I've read in the reviews that it's been a year and should be renovated, but still. Stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. The TV is still an old model. Price during New Year 950/night I don't think it's worth it. The first breakfast included stir-fried morning glory with pork. Gourd Soup with Minced Pork Plain bread and whole wheat Coffee + butterfly pea juice + Ovaltine Day 2 has fried eggs. Pork porridge with shiitake mushrooms and tofu foam, whole wheat bread, tea + coffee + Ovaltine, that's it.
