Very nice, modern hotel with spacious grounds, nice pool, direct access to the beach. Helpful and friendly staff and really great room. The breakfast could be more varied and extensive. The food at the pool bar is overpriced and is of poor quality for this price. The cocktails, on the other hand, are good. The location is good, but you have to rent a tuk tuk to the nearest shops in Sala Dan, where we would have preferred a location within walking distance.

WOW! I booked a private dinner on the beach for a proposal to my partner and the whole setting and set up was amazing. The food was great, the drinks were great and the staff went above and beyond to make the evening one to remember. Definitely recommend!

Great hotel, very pleasant staff and always attentive.We were in low season with very few customers (15/300) but we were not bored.To do again without hesitation

It was a great experience, the staff and the manager are really sweet people ! Even tho it was raining season, they did everything in their power for us to enjoy our vacation.The food was good, the cocktail too, there’s a lot great restaurant a round the hôtel too ! We think we are going to come back soon we felt at home here. Thank you !

So good that we extended our stay! After traveling for a few months this place was like a paradise! Well-run with the hotel manager (Bunty) who makes every possible effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. He was always on hand with valuable information on what to do whilst we were on the island.It’s in a great location that’s easy to access the old town and the southern parts of the island with scooter rental (which they also offer at a cheap price).We stayed in late July to early August which seems like the best time if you want a quiet and more chilled atmosphere. The breakfast every morning was varied and tasty. The rooms were clean and felt luxurious for the price we paid!I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to stay In Ko Lanta during low season.

Many thanks to Bunty Mulajker, the resort manager and the team at Twin Lotus. Just had a long weekend at this resort with my 2 teenagers. Went with the plan to chill and we definitely received the best attention needed. It's off season so the resort was only a quarter full( best time to visit in my opinion) empty beaches and facilities easy to gain access to. Bunty made some decent recommendations for places and restaurants to visit over the weekend . Everything was a 5 star. Hoping to revisit this time next year .

We had a great stay at this resort! The room was very comfortable and clean. A small private pool at our disposal was very pleasant. Many services such as a SPA, a restaurant, rent a scooter, transport to the airport or strategic places nearby. A welcome drink is offered to you upon arrival and coupons for a free drink, -20% on a meal and a massage bought one free are also offered to you. Daily cleaning of the rooms is very appreciated. Also, laundry service available for a fee. Free provision of games such as badminton racket, soccer ball, petanque ball, ... Daily activities also offered. The swimming pool overlooking the sea (with a small cocktail) is very appreciable! Very nice staff, smiling and always there to serve you! The only criticism would be the air conditioning too noisy.

Come between 19-23 June 2024The room you get is deluxe Garden villa.(I encountered bad weather, rain, strong waves, giant waves almost every day) meaning I couldn't play in the water..I have to come to terms with everything. (The school has already informed that it is renovating, so the room prices are very cheap.)1. Bangtuk school renovate2. There is a sound of grinding tiles and dust.3. Breakfast doesn't have many menus to choose from.4. Giant waves. Can't swim. The water in the pool is cold because it rains all the time.* When checking in, the school gives out coupons.1. Wellcome drink mango juice, you can pick it up at the restaurant, 1 glass per person.2. 20% discount on food for 1 meal3. Spa buy1 get 1 free discount

We were there in the rainy season, so there were a few construction sites on the site and it seemed very deserted at times. The rooms are okay, a bit old, but still very clean. The air conditioning is very loud and took us several hours to reach a comfortable temperature.The staff is super friendly and accommodating, you feel welcome. You can book scooters and various tours on site, there are even occasional discounts :) the pool is super nice, you can see great sunsets from there! Unfortunately it is not lit and in the rainy season the beach was unfortunately not cleaned up, which meant there was a lot of rubbish lying around and it was simply not inviting to be on the beach.All in all, a nice, quiet area, you can easily get anywhere with a scooter.

The school is quiet, peaceful, clean, and safe.The school manager has upgraded the room for us as well. Thank you.Morning restaurant staff Service with goodwill. I admire it.For us, we can stay in school all day without going anywhere.But if you want to go out to eat on the beach Can you recommend a restaurant called Kho Kwang, next to the sea, with good service staff?Swimming pool: There are 3 pools.

Do not approach!Shocking hotel!Presents a false image but is actually dirty and outdated!We got to the point where we arrive at the hotel and are shocked by the sting of the hotel, the area and the descriptions in the photos that do not correspond to anything!I will point out that the attitude was disgraceful when the person in charge did not want to talk to us and sent a representative from the front desk with what looked like a broken and childish phone, the area is shocking and I will not elaborate on that!Don't go near there! Do yourself a huge favor and save yourself the greatest heartache!
