The gentleman at reception is really very nice!Low price!We had a beautiful mountain view!The accommodation is a little far from the center but nothing crazy!However, hygiene is a little light (sheets, odors, etc.)

Moved 3 times because of the beds being riddled in bedbugs in each room! I would advise everyone not to stay here!! I ended up leaving after 2 and a bit days claimed refund from my bank...

This place is brilliant for so much money, I don't know what is expected of anyone who devalues this place, but it has a real bungalow atmosphere on the mountain with air conditioning, perfect for a traveler. I've been to many places, this will be one of my favorites.

Dirty bedsheets and floor, the A/C was dripping onto the bed. The owner wanted to give me a "discounted" price for the ferry ticket and other activities, which were in fact the same or worse price I could normally get in town.The laundry service is ridiculous: not only did they use an extremely strong rinsing agent with horrible smell, they lost some of my clothes. To top it all off, the owner wanted to charge me 10 baht more for the laundry than what he previously told me, after which he even had the audacity to ask for a review. Well, here it is.

Booked here for 4 nights during our travelling at Phi Phi and didn’t stay for 1. The location is very difficult to find and Google maps does not help. The incline you have to walk is steep and pretty dangerous at points, especially with backpacks on. We eventually got to our room, it definitely needed some safety renovations and some tlc. We couldn’t even face it to stay the night and had to check out about 30 minutes later. There are a couple not so good reviews on this place, but we aren’t typically the type to just judge of reviews as people can be picky and over the top, but it was so far out and up hill it would have been such a task to even go to the shop for water or food. It is not the ideal place for backpackers to be at all. We paid 1000 baht deposit, and after only 30 minutes of being there, as we checked out the man we gave our money to gave us our money back in change. Not the biggest thing in the world but it was abit annoying. We saw 2 young girls on the way out and they had they looked just as concerned as they were about to check in.

This hotel is very traditional. Small cabins where you feel at home and the boss who is kind and attentive to what you ask. Despite mishaps, we were able to count on him to help us.I would happily return to this hotel. Plus, there are some really adorable cats. 🐱

A place not for comfort but for EXPERIENCES and adventure! If you want to be in the atmosphere of the 80s jungle with a view of the island, be prepared to climb to the top at 45C. There is air conditioning! This is the main thing. The TV runs from a laptop via VGA. WiFi If you can’t stand the distant rhythm of the disco until 02. There are a lot of disadvantages in Phi Phi, take a mosquito fumigator!but the view is valuable. Handmade bungalows and made can break like any antique. you won't see anything like this anymore. There is a lot of garbage on Phi Phi and renovations are underway, it will be different in the future. The rooms are all the same refrigerator, only the common one is downstairsthere was no terrace for breakfast, no swimming pool.You need to adapt to the conditions and the next day in Phi Phi you will see Paradise. Say hello to our friend Zorro (the cat in the photo) and don't forget to feed him. Go to the local market for Smoothies and Pad Thai, but in restaurants the price can ruin your mood

Attention everyone! Beware of this crook! The place is a complete rip-off and there is no swimming pool despite what the owner may say. I canceled my reservation as soon as I found out and the owner refused to refund my money, leaving me with nothing. The owner is absolutely terrible and the place looks nothing like the pictures. It's downright creepy and you'll have a view of a giant black hole from something under construction. I strongly advise against staying there!

We booked this hotel because of the pictures that were shown but they generally do not match. The rooms are run down and unfit for living in the shower there are no windows and it is always damp and there is no flow of water lots and lots of stairs and the place is about 20 minutes from the center there is no signage and it does not appear on the maps properly, on our first day we searched for the road for about 4 hours and with a lot of help from people no one knows The old place in Kabbalah is an evil man who doesn't want to help. Do yourself a favor and don't come near here

My husband and I had a booking for 3 nights through Agoda last month. The old receptionist insisted we didn't have a booking, after we eventually found the place that had no direction signage. Holes in the floor and verandah, tv didn't work, filthy bathroom not suitable for humans. Had to lock our door from the outside with a padlock😭 we left a day early without a refund. Not a pleasant experience considering it was highly priced. Do yourselves a favour and don't believe the photos and take advise from us, just don't book here.

One of the worst places we’ve stayed at so far travelling, yet the most expensive. The photos are fake and despite a nice view, the service was below poor. Our lock was broken and we did not find out till early hours of the morning, from which we decided to ring the ‘emergency’ contact number. Only for them to end the phone call on us multiple times and left us stranded outside our room at 2am. Flush is broken, there are significant holes in the floorboards, no hot water etc. I’d like to give the benefit of the doubt but in this situation it has been by far one of the worse experiences.

The worst "hotel" I have ever been to. One big lie! There is no swimming pool as in the photos and the rooms resemble a place of torture. We booked 3 nights and after the first one we decided to return to the mainland, of course without a refund. I don't recommend🙄
