Very nice people who receive you hospitably and help you with everything. The park is located near the old town, which is nice to visit in the evening. In my opinion, the west side of the island is more pleasant because of the many bars. However, this is a cheap and good base for the island as it is a small island

Basic bungalows hidden in the jungle, some animals sometimes walk on the roof at night but its all good. AC working fine. Motorbike recommended

Very welcoming and friendly family, we felt at home!They offer several services such as taxi, coconut (very good), laundry, boat tickets and scooter rental!Please note that the establishment is closer to the old town than to the tourist center, so it is a very quiet and relaxing place!Thank you for the welcome, I recommend 100%

We love our stay and it's been a week. The hosts (a family of all generations) are lovely people. Caring for you, always smiling. It's very nice. 😊 (Remember to have a translator (Google).They offer you different services, taxi, scooter rental, laundry. 🙏The place is idyllic, Small cabin, (5 or 6). If you are looking for tranquility, simplicity and authenticity, this is where you need to come. (Far from all the resort tourists)We will come back to this. Nothing to complain about, thank you. ♥️

We spend 2 beautiful nights in this little garden.The bungalow is hidden in a green mangrove/coconut forest. For us it was exactly as expected. The bungalow is made by bambous and foliage, it’s rustic but very comfortable. For the price ($14AUD/night for 2 person) it’s just perfect !The family were so so nice with us.They provide many services: scooter for rent, laundry (expect wash/dry/fold service for your clothes 40bath per kilos), transport to the pier and also some snorkelling tour which is very useful.We recommend 100% !

The family running the place is incredibly friendly and welcoming, communication is a bit tricky but we made it work. The host is extremely helpful, he arranged a motorbike rental for us in 5 minutes, took care of our laundry, drove us to the pier, all these services for reasonable prices.The huts are very simple and basic, with a private bathroom and shower, cold water (which is perfectly fine since it’s hot outside). They provide water bottles, towels and offer you freshly cut coconuts for free on occasion 🙃.The whole garden has many insects, and animals. Surprisingly there weren’t many bugs inside the hut, there is also a muscito net above the bed. A bit tricky to set up but works fine !I saw bad reviews for this place, I simply think it’s not for everyone. If you’re don’t mind sleeping and staying in a rustic place, you’ll get plenty of fun out of it !Location is also pretty good, it’s right next to old town and only a 15 minute motorbike rent to the western side of the island.All of this for a price of 9€ per night on Airbnb for two person. You can hardly find much cheaper. To me the price is extremely honest considering the facilities, but again, it’s not for everyone.If you’re on a budget, and you don’t mind sleeping in a mangrove forest, and looking for an original place to stay at, go straight for it !

Do not book here.Property is a mess, the room stinks. Looks nothing like the photos. It is cheap on booking. com for a reason.The man running it1. I asked on Agoda inbox if there are songthaew (Thai public transport vans) at the pier. He said no. I agreed to rent his cab. When I arrived, I saw several and people were getting on them. He lied.2. Room was not okay.3. Told him I'm leaving,he himself insisted I get my refund. Did all the calling, he was called to. It was being handled so I left but Agoda called me to say owner didn't agree and couldnt care. So he lied t me again about my case being solved.Wasted my time by lying and giving me hopeNever felt this way in Thailand.
