We only had trouble with the Moon Walk Lanta Resort. We had booked for 4 weeks and when we arrived they said we hadn't paid yet. But we had already paid for it 5 weeks in advance with Aurum Tours including the flight. We would be accommodated in a dirty, conspicuous bungalow on the first night. It was so dilapidated that you almost crashed into the ground while running. The next morning we upgraded and were accommodated in a stone bungalow. The upgrade was way too expensive! For the next two weeks, the landlord kept harassing us because he didn't want to believe that we had booked the bungalow in advance, even though we had presented a hotel voucher from Aurum Tours. A very unpleasant thing! All I can say about the rest is that the conditions there are pretty good. The staff showers in the shower that belongs to the guests' pool! 🤮The breakfast is lousy and the coffee is undrinkable! The staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean, but I would recommend everyone not to go there. It's just a rip off! 🙄

It's good for 2 or 3 days! However, if you stay longer, you have to expect around 50 euros, 2000 baths per day, then you have a stone bungalow that is also advertised.

We were booked into a Deluxe bungalow room, and it was a disappointment. A rather decent room but the shower no water, no pressure. The breakfast man, we wonder if we weren't bothering him, not a smile, not a word, nothing.Rather disappointed with this hotel.

I am just writing about the restaurant....haven't had any experience with the hotel/resort. I wanted to have a half chicken BBQ...waited long....got a nearly cold chicken, very little of french fries but all together for an expensive price. All in all quite disappointing...😌
