good: close to market, open foyer, friendly cat, family room with 2 bathrooms, good WiFi, felt safe, breakfast available.not good: no staff on site when needed; Cat was beaten, spartan breakfast (no fruit, eggs smelled sulphurous, hardly any milk for the cornflakes, no spreads.

Very friendly and distinctive guest house, with a big common area filled with seats, books, games, etc. Plus a gorgeous Siamese cat! The room was large and quite well-appointed give the price and level of the place. Unfortunately it was up a rather steep stairway; we're not young. Good breakfast and extremely helpful staff. A bit of a walk to town.

The room is very nice, big and relatively clean (there were some smaller stains on the sheets and a few ants in the shower but other than that no complaints). We received complementary water. The athmosphere is cozy and artistic. We didn't meet a lot of the staff but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They arranged an airport transfer for us for 120 baht and a tuk tuk to the bus station for 80. The breakfast consists of toast, jam, butter, tea and coffee and some fruit and boiled eggs nothing special but it's okay and is included in the price. We were happy with our stay!

Very poorly maintained, very basic rooms...no TV, no fridge.In no case worth the 690 baht they asked.A lamp is broken, there was a replacement lamp, do we have to screw it in ourselves?...etc etcCracks in the ceiling, cracks in the walls, the door was damaged and "repaired" with duck tapeOnly advantage,...it was quiet, there was hot water and the bed was ok.

The accommodations are very good. I stayed for 3 nights. The owner and the kids provided good service. It's like sleeping at home. Good atmosphere, clean and very convenient for parking. Park your car in front of the accommodation and then go up to your room. I like it. I recommend it.
