Loved our stay at The Brown Hotel. Located near lots of great food places, a 7-Eleven right outside and a very short walk to the river and small mall too. The hotel staff are wonderful especially Fon the receptionist and our housekeeping lady who were both so warm, attentive, smiley, caring and hardworking. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great aircon and they even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so they could upgrade the one we were staying in with a new TV. Their laundry service was very handy too. There's no lift but staff kindly help with bringing luggage upstairs. Wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Krabi town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms have a very modern interieur and the AC is working perfectly fine. Nice bathroom too! Also the location is great, you can reach the Krabi walking street (at the weekends) by a short walk.

We booked 4 nights here and were very satisfied! The hotel is centrally located and serves a very good breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, you feel very welcome. The room is cleared and well equipped. Price-performance ratio is right. Only downside - the walls are quite thin and you can hear everything, but maybe that's because we shared the floor with a family of 7 whose children were incredibly loud. Otherwise everything was great!

Rooms are good and clean, you got everything you'll need beds are comfortable. The locations is quite far away from the tourist areas and its quite hard to get a taxi there. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Definitely rent a car/ped.

This is perfect hotel with perfect staff you could find anywhere. Their hospitality is top notch.1. The place is beautiful and is extremely modern and very well maintained.2. Rooms are perfect with food fittings3. There is no lift but the staff is very helpful4. The receptionist is a beautiful kind lady who is always willing to help. She has contacts from a to z in Krabi town.5. Scooters, day tours, bus bookings, restaurants suggestions, money exchange- she handles it all with ease and you don’t have to second guess her choices at all. Blindly go for it, they are best.6. This place is in Krabi town and 20 mins ride to Aonang area, but you get to witness a scenic drive through.Love this place and would recommend 10/10.

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Thailand and it was so cheap! The staff were incredibly helpful, pointed out local attractions and told us to leave early for the airport because of some construction on the route.She also told us that everything in the room consumption wise was free (tea, coffee, water, biscuits), and they didn't have any delay to check the room when doing check out.Even though it's central in Krabi it was a very quiet hotel. There isn't an elevator but we lobby had carry on anyway. It was about a five minute walk to the public bus that takes you to airport, Ao Nang, and other local sites.Very clean and well furnished rooms, elegantly decorated and considerate communal spaces. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place with a great walkability score; would very happily come here again!

Best hotel in Krabi. Stayed one night at end of trip. Would have definitely stayed more. Funky rooms. Great toiletries. Very modern. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Great value. Downside no lift if you have big bags! But they super helpful assisting. Shouldn’t deter you from staying in this fab spot!

Just perfect. Very clean hotel in a prime, central location, stylishly furnished, very good value for money and great service. Unfortunately there is no elevator, but very helpful staff who help with carrying things. Everything is right here!
