We do not recommend this hotel. To flee. The positive points are: the calm and the cleaning done with care every day.For the rest, it's a disaster. The evening we arrived, the toilet flush was blocked, so we requested a service and the hosts asked us to wait until the next day, so impossible to go to the toilet for 1 whole night. 2 days later there was a power cut in the city so no more air conditioning and no more water either. Although it is not the hotel's fault, they did not compensate us for this day which we spent without being able to shower or go to the toilet. Among the services offered by the hotel there was the swimming pool: absolutely pitiful condition and which looks more like a swamp than a swimming pool. In addition, the flushing problems continued during the stay with the water taking on a brown color at certain times and sometimes a blocked flush. At the end of our stay, when we had to return the keys, the staff asked us to pay 100 baht for a broken glass in the room, which is absolutely incorrect given the problems we encountered during our stay. The only reason we can give stars for this hotel is for the staff who cleaned our rooms, thank you.

Horrible experience. Dirty rooms. Leaking toilet in my room. Took 1 hour to change my room to another one. Due to this, was very late to activities that I had planned. Hotel staff are very rude. They blamed the leaking toilets on us. Half the staff don’t understand English, they can only communicate in yes or no. The room is not very well lighted & there is no fan turn on/ turn off button. You have to start it manually. And you can’t even control the speed of the fan. At the time of writing this review, the rating is 3.3/5. Honestly it’s a one star hotel. I know better one star hotels than this one.

Horrible experience. The hotel rooms are in very bad condition. The toilet was leaking and over flowing. I asked them to change the room because of it, and they took 1 hour to clean another room. Because of that, we were late for all the activities we were supposed to do. Suraina, a worker at ramada was ridiculous. She was rude, and couldnt understand english. When we told her that out toilet was leaking. She blamed it on us. Do not reccomend this hotel AT ALL

The hotel has its own name. The room is large, but the furniture is dilapidated. The parquet has cracks. There are small insects. The pool is not prepared for swimming.The best thing about the hotel is the location it currently has.
