I have to share my experience with customer service here.I didn't see the hotel from the inside or outside.I booked the hotel for 7 days.I first read in the comments that although it is on the beach, there is no bathing beach there.I then immediately wrote to the hotel and asked for a cancellation. Normally the entire amount would have been due. My hope is that there were 2 hours between the booking and the cancellation, that if necessary, goodwill would be accepted.24 hours later the cancellation was accepted and free of charge!!!I would like to thank you on behalf of my children and myself for being so kind.It's unbelievable how fantastic this country and the people who live there areThank you

Unfortunately my booking was canceled 2.5 weeks before arrival without any reason or alternative, despite payment already being made etc.Finding a short-term alternative is of course difficult.

The hotel is nice but there is no beach, it has the sea without a beach and you can't bathe. The location is terrible, every time you want to do something, you need a tuktuk and boat. Almost 1000 thb each day to go and return. The bathroom in the room is not even close to the room. If you get up in the middle of the night you have to go outside, in the cabin accessory. A disappointment.

Beautiful place within nature. There is a pool, where you look over the sea. The rooms are big with sturdy beds. One part of the electricity didn't work and they immediately fixed it. The food was very nice as well at the restaurant. The kids enjoyed it too. It's literally a hideaway, since there is not much to do nearby, but you can book trips. There are several opions, going to Krabi Town, Island hopping or other.

Great resort for those seeking peace and quiet! Good food, nice pool, friendly staff.Unfortunately no beach or swimming in the sea. Excursion options are offered. Krabi city visit only possible by Tuctuc and boat. It costs B. 400 per person during the day and back after 6 p.m. in the evening, which adds up after a few days.

Very nice resort. The bungalows are clean and have air conditioning in the bedroom that works well. We stayed at this resort for 5 days and the housekeeping is thorough. The excursion offers are good but there could also be a few more. The bikes could all be repaired. The location is great for a relaxing holiday but if you want to see something you have to take the tuk tuk to the pier and then take the boat into the city but everything can be organized through the hotel. The food in the hotel restaurant is very tasty but a little more expensive than in the city. The service staff are all very nice and accommodating. The hotel is highly recommended!

Very happy with the stay we had for 3 days. Excellent location. Breathtaking views with great scenery. Food was a bit pricey when compared but quality was top notch. Excellent buffet. Service is excellent with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

If you want to visit Krabi and stay in a quiet place where you can relax peacefully amidst nature scenes in the tropics, I will advise you to stay at Islanda Hideaway Resort a super charming resort on Koh Klang island in Krabi with a view by the Boat Lagoon Pier in Krabi, enjoy the 10-minute transfer by private longtail boat with magnificent views of the mangroves and the Andaman Sea. 🌱🚤My stay on the island was unforgettable and very relaxing at Islanda Hideaway Resort. The room with a bathtub on the large balcony offers a magnificent view of the sea. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Andaman Sea at the same time. Although we couldn't swim in the beach at Islanda resort, there was free transportation to a nearby beach on the island for guests wanting to swim.🏖For me, the swimming pool at Islanda resort was enough because it was incredibly beautiful and large in the middle of tropical nature, with a view of the beach and the islands, making me want to swim there every day 🥰If you stay in Islanda don't miss the most beautiful sunset in Krabi, or take a fascinating walk on the beach when the sea recedes, it deposits countless little elements on the beach! 🧐🦀🐚🪼There is a nice bar with reasonable price, a unique spot in Krabi to admire and enjoy the sunset with your favorite cocktail or mocktail🍹🍾🥂🍸🌅The restaurant with tempting menus serving ultra-fresh and inexpensive shellfish and seafood, traditionally fished on the island of Koh Klang. If you like cakes I also advise you to try their homemade brownie, soft and delicious! 🍰🦐🦞🐟🦑At Islanda resort there is even a spa which offers its guests an exceptional massage and relaxation experience perfect to end the day, after a half day of culture in Koh Klang by bike to explore the authentic charm of the fishing villages which you will enchant. 💆💆♂️I would definitely come back to Islanda Hideaway Resort, it must be added that the staff at Islanda like Mr. Taii, Mr. Toy and Mr. Mon were attentive and were very kind and professional, sincere and interested, like good friends, in taking care of their customers to provide them with the best possible experience.👍👍👍👍👍Thank you all for these beautiful memories in Islanda Krabi and see you soon!

This stay is exactly as its name.. a hideaway. This hotel is ideal if you'd like a break for a few days and just want to chill with a nice view. Bonus points for being eco-friendly and contributing to the local community. You have to consider the additonal expected costs, however. I booked this hotel impulsively for one night without extensively reading the reviews. This hotel is in a very remote area with only locals, and it is a mission to get there. The hotel will charge you about 1000-1200 baht to arrange transportation from the airport, which includes taxi, long boat, and tuk tuk. We decided to get there ourselves, and it cost less than half of what they would've charged us. The locals will still overcharge you, however, since they know you don't have any other options. If you are planning on staying here, you should just account for this cost and pay it for the convience. Additionally, expect to pay more for food and drinks. Regarding the room, the main part is air conditioned, and it cools down nicely. However, the bed was very hard. Since the connecting room to the kitchen area and the bathroom are open air, mosquitoes frequently get in. It would be nice if the bed had a mosquito net so we could open the balcony and not have to worry about chasing them out of the room after. The service was good and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is spectacular. Great facilities. Now, watch out!! It has many cons.1. The hotel is on an island that is not accessible by road. You have to take a boat and cross a river for 200B. Then you have to take a Tuk Tuk that takes you through the middle of nowhere to the hotel for another 200B. There is absolutely nothing around it, so if you want to go out you have to take this route.2. The prices at the hotel are good for the quality and quantity of the dishes.3. Very attentive staff except for a waiter named Yo. Very unpleasant and very rude.

The place is incredible!!!!! A little out of the way but there is a boat and tuc tuc that will take you and bring you back. Our bungalow for 4 was huge. They take great care of the details, the staff is very attentive. Breakfast is very good

The above hotel is at the outskirts of crabi.Each and every time you have to do a taxi boat and then an auto for which you have to spend at least 300 baht and which turns out to be very much expensive.Even the aao naag beach is way too for form hotel. For going to Aao nang beach you have to pay another 500 baht.We booked the hotel for two days and checked out with in 6 hrs.I would hardly recommend any Indian couple or family to book the above hotel
