Where I went, the service was very bad, very bad, 3-4 people were on the phone but they weren't welcome and the bathroom was smelly and had to put lights in the room to make them whiter because the light was low and the pool where I played made my eyes red and itchy all of a sudden. Very bad

The air conditioning is almost dead, the refrigerator is almost dead, there is nothing in the room, no kettle, tea or coffee, this is not a hotel, this is a shame

Needed somewhere to stop overnight and got a good price on Agoda so thought I'd give it a try.Large clean room. All basics, but no hooks on wall, towel rail or coat hangers. A kettle but no coffee or glasses.Lovely light and airy room, but big front window directly onto communal walkway - I thought it had obscured glass, not - so some people probably got an eye full of me.Great swimming pool. Long enough for lengths, with sitting and kiddies pools off to side so didn't interfere.Five minutes walk to beach for pleasant but pricey beach restaurant and bar. Otherwise it's a bit out of the way.I had a pleasant stay and would recommend for a night or two, but not a whole holiday.

Room pro: very spaciousRoom Cons: not really clean! There were boogers stuck to the wall above the bed in room 210! This is an absolute no-go! The mirror in the bathroom was also full of stains and there was toilet paper residue on the bathroom floor. Probably not all rooms are like this but what we experienced was really just disgusting.+ we didn't have any towels so I had to run back to ask for some myself...The pool is nice, but too warm and the pool shower doesn't work.I had the feeling that the hotel complex had seen its best years. You would have to invest and clean up some corners to make it really nice.There are scooter rentals and laundry facilities nearby so everything is easy. It is located out of the way so it is nice and quiet, but you should also get a scooter. Then everything is easy to reach.There were several very beautiful and cuddly cats roaming around the hotel grounds. We love cats :)Unfortunately there were a few things that were bad during our stay...There was a large school class there overnight so it was way too loud the next morning. They knocked on our door at 5:30 in the morning and sang loudly etc...In the evening, the students or teachers had already knocked on our door... The hotel can't do anything about that, but they could have informed the school class/teachers so that they could be considerate or give us a room away from us instead of being surrounded by the school guests.On another two days loud screaming of children could be heard early in the morning...There were also situations in which it became clear that the staff made an effort to ensure our satisfaction.Unfortunately, the hotel employees were generally not accommodating.Here in Thailand, service in the catering industry simply cannot be compared to European standards. But I've had better experiences than here.Overall, quite ok for the price but there is still a lot of room for improvement and unfortunately the hotel's potential is not being fully exploited. Nevertheless, you can of course spend a few nice days/nights here and we had fun exploring the surroundings on the scooter. If you don't have too high demands and are looking for something at a reasonable price then that's ok.

The hotel itself could be nice. But since no one takes care of the hotel, it becomes more and more neglected.There are a lot of people working in the hotel, but none of them work properly.When we arrived they didn't have our booking and quickly put us in an unfinished room.There were boogers on the walls, toilet paper was still stuck all over the floor in the bathroom & the sink and mirror were still full of toothpaste stains from the hotel guests in front of us... Even after room service the next day everything was the same as before. We didn't even have towels, we had to get them ourselves and they were stained, just like the blanket.An employee (the only one who seemed to make any effort at all) had to quickly check whether the air conditioning was working at all.Speaking of air conditioning, you can hear it really loud. We had our room next to other guests who leave theirs on all night long and for anyone who sleeps lightly, that's a horror. Even the bed vibrated due to the air conditioning.Just disgusting, you just can't feel comfortable.The bathroom stinks and the open space next to the reception is becoming more and more neglected. There is no breakfast & there is a sparse coffee station where sometimes the coffee is missing, sometimes the cups or water are missing.On the first night, a huge group of young people (similar to a school trip) traveled and all the other rooms were occupied. This was really loud and disturbing, they knocked on our room several times at 5am.We don't understand why:-1. We didn't get rooms on the edge but really IN THE MIDDLE between the young people&-2. Why the hotel staff didn't make the youth group aware of us and/or the house rulesBut that is also characteristic of this hotel, the service staff is not interested in you, the hotel, the guests.That's why everything is neglected because no one cares.I can't recommend the hotel, but I highly recommend the hotel to make something of itself again.Anyway, thanks for the hostel.

Accommodation with a good atmosphere, has a swimming pool, beautiful accommodation near the sea. Clean, suitable for a family stay, inexpensive, close to other tourist attractions in Krabi.

Overall I really liked it. The room was incredibly spacious and they had a very nice pool. The beach is only a 5-7 minute walk away and the beachside restaurants are quite nice. They do not have any amenities besides the pool, however, and everything is at least a 10 minute walk away (grocery store, laundry service, nail salon, pier, etc). Absolutely worth the price but consider renting a motorbike.

We arrived after travelling from koh tao for 6 hours, reception area run down and dirty, arrived to our room & the smell of urine instantly hit us,no tea or coffee available as advertised there was mould on the ceilings and the "natural" …

It's the worst resort I've ever encountered. The room was musty, the bathroom was very smelly, I couldn't breathe when I came in. I had my girlfriend turn on the air conditioner and clean it as shown in the picture. The dust was very thick and there was no space. Think about it. If we slept all night, How much dust will you breathe into your lungs? Staying in a room with 2 beds can accommodate 4 people, but there are 3 people staying, there are only 2 bottles of water, no glasses. I really want to describe it. I think 3 pages wouldn't be enough. In my 14 years of experience working out of the provinces, I have always stayed at resorts in every province and have never experienced anything as bad as this.

Worst ever hotel in my life.Dont know english at all.I rather sleep in a toilet than the room and bed I sleep.Most worst is the heaters are not working,they have alots of animal around,kinda haunted,and more stupid review.Workers not punctual on working hour.
