Really good, sharing from direct experience where I stayed. The accommodation is at an okay level. But this service Excellent. They take care of guests very well. Ask them anything, the staff here will find it all.Until we were very considerate. For anyone looking for a quiet place to stay, good atmosphere, very caring staff, I recommend it.It may not be 5 star luxury. But I want you to come and try it.

The main issue was the price I paid. I booked a long time in advance being told it would be the lowest price available and paid over 2140 baht for a standard tent which also had a non-cancellation policy. When I checked the price before check in it had dropped to 1119 baht - a massive difference of over 1000 baht. The booking company used refused to offer any refund. The hotel was mostly empty and offered no free room upgrade either, despite seeing only 2 other rooms being used by guests. I also sent two emails to the hotel before I stayed asking about food options in Thai and English and had no reply to either, which was concerning and I only found out when I arrived the food options were very limited. Walking to the room is a steep road. There are some steps but could not be used due to flower overgrowth and a muddy path. The tent was next to a large concrete water storage container which was a bit unsightly and a had constant tap with water that could be heard all night inside the tent. The tent was showing signs of age, could do with a wipe and some tlc and was not clean. The floor had not been swept or cleaned and had dead bugs that had been there for some time and debris from previous guests in that had not been swept up. The mosquito net around the bed had holes in it and looked dirty. The shower towels we were given had a bad mouldy smell. The room also had a damp smell, but is probably expected with it being a tent. The tent had no air con and only a fan. It was hot when we arrived so could have done with air con, but no need at night as it got cold. There was two bottles of warm water as there was no fridge or mini fridge, even though the tent had room for one and you had to buy ice for drinks to keep them cold. There was no TV or radio, although the tissue box on the pictures and in the room looks like a radio. There is only four power sockets with the fan using one and two being high up and difficult to use by the door. To turn the lights on the balcony on there was no light switch and you had to get reception to turn the lights on. They did not turn them off after we finished so we slept all night with visible lights outside. The only BBQ option was pork and 500 baht for two people. I am vegetarian and the hotel made no option or allowance for a single person size at a cheaper cost for my gf who wanted bbq alone. It rained in the morning and the tent leaked rain water at the side of the bed where I had placed my clothes so were damp. There is no heated shower despite the shower room having a big extractor fan with electricity and room to fit one. The water temperature was freezing and too cold to be able to take a shower, so the shower was useless. There was also a big lizard in the toilet shower room in the morning and we have left the door closed, so it must have entered through the extractor fan. In comparison the hotel we stayed at the next night was a wooden hut and was only 450 baht, had a swimming pool and had an electric heated shower and a fridge. Breakfast was very poor. I asked for vegetarian breakfast and they gave me some rice with two meat sausages(!), which contaminated the vegetarian rice and two overcooked fried eggs and some soft toast that tasted stale with no butter and a very small glass of orange juice that was mostly pulp. I ended up paying over 700 baht more for food on top of the excessive room cost. I would not stay here again. It is probably a good idea to wait until the day you arrive to book so you are not charged excessively more.

Horrible service, booked through Agoda and got a notice that my accommodation just got cancelled in last than 2 weeks? Avoid this place at all cost.
