I have nothing but great things to say about Blue Andaman. On my last day I rented a motorbike from a little business under the same name 100 meters away and gave a 1,000 Baht deposit on the bike. I was finished with the bike 8 hours later instead of the 24 hours I rented it for. I dropped off the key in the office and waited for the bike shop owner to come exchange the key for the deposit.The key went MISSING. At first I thought they were pulling a fast one on me to keep the deposit. But the man at the desk reviewed the security camera footage and realized that another guest had taken the key off of the desk (I'm unsure if it was inadvertent). The man at the desk promptly gave me my deposit back and apologized for the inconvenience. Blue Andaman and it's staff are honest, sincere and run a great resort.In addition, the beds are super comfy and I loved the fan mounted directly above the bed. I will always return as they showed they run an honest shop. Thank you!!

It's simple... The place is perfect! The place is calm and peaceful, you have a very nice swimming pool, very decent restaurants and bars, a pool table, a laundry and massage service (incredible aloe vera)!You are away from the noise of the road and you have an interesting range of activities!You are at the seaside, you go a little to the right and a small beach awaits you!I was supposed to stay 5 nights I stayed 12 days! We don't want to leave anymore!In short, great fun for relaxing

Good value for money, so not expensive 😁. Well located on the beach. Rooms ok, shower that does not drain water properly, basic cleaning, restaurant on site rather expensive.

First of all, it is a 2 star and not a 3 star hotel.The hotel parking lot and the paths to the bungalows are meticulously swept and cleaned of leaves every morning.The gardens are pretty.That was actually it.The room is run down and a darkroom.There are no shower supplies and no shampoo. There isn't always coffee, but there is plenty of toilet paper.I felt that the bedding was not fresh.In the first 5 days, the dirt and hair of my previous users stuck to the tiles in the bathroom.The floor in the room is not mopped and is now sticky.Shower towels smell on day 2.The refrigerator is a disaster. Every day there is thawed water on the floor.No lighting on the mirror, so it cannot be used.The pool is overly chlorinated thanks to guests not showering before using and probably peeing in it.There was a 5 cm wide rim of dirty blubber above the surface of the water when I arrived. This was removed after a few days.The smell of chlorine can be clearly smelled near the edge of the pool.I went to the pool once and, for the sake of my health, never again.The sunbeds and chairs are just disgusting.Clothes that I gave to be washed as soon as I arrived were probably just soaked in clear water.Freshly washed smells different.So far the worst hotel I have booked in Thailand for a price that was far too expensive (€30 for 1 person directly at the reception).There are much cheaper and nicer accommodations available.I also missed the personal warmth that I know from other operators.Purely designed for business.I can't say anything about the restaurant because I didn't eat anything there.The massage area was very clean. The staff there was very nice.For me there will be no second time here.

Clean rooms and nice staff. The reception takes care of everything, and you can book scooters as well as all tours. The cocktails on the beach are delicious and happy hour is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The taxi driver (Mr. Nif), who has his taxi stand next to the Seven-Eleven, is super helpful and cheap.

Bad wifi, even at the pool and restaurant, rooms okayish but old. Biggest problem is the water supply that's not reliable at all. Several times we had no water at all or just very low water pressure which resulted in not showering.Yesterday morning we went for a dive and couldn't use the bathroom nor the sink. This afternoon I went to the room to wash my clothes and the water was off again. Very very uncomfortable. The water was gone at least once a day and they couldn't manage to fix it during our stay. They said it's because of this special room but we asked our neighbors and they had the same problem. We were offered another room the but couldn't move our stuff that day because we were diving again and getting up super early.Would not recommend to stay here at all! People are very friendly and answer all questions but they need to fix their problems.

Very good stay here at the hotel. Large room, good service and pleasant pool area. TV with Chromecast/Netflix. Absolutely great. Unfortunately, the hotel has a partnership with a very bad travel company, Hatyai World Tour, which I would not recommend anyone to use. Also encourages the hotel to change the travel company they use.
