Cabins in an excellent location, a beautiful and accessible stretch of beach. There are also restaurants and a 7/11 store in the area. The cabins are very simple, reminiscent of Sinai, there are no beach towels.

Me and my boyfriend have been staying here for 4 nights and I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The location is just perfect and right next to the beach. The food in the restaurant is the best we’ve had since travelling around Thailand and everyone is very friendly.

The property is located directly on the beach. I was extremely lucky to get the bungalow right at the front. It's amazing to wake up in the morning with this view and go straight into the sea. The facilities are simple, but have everything you need to stay here for a few days. The bungalow was clean and the girls (mother and daughter) were super nice and always helpful. Taxi to the pier can be ordered at the accommodation and will pick you up directly at the accommodation.Unfortunately I was only here for 2 nights, but I could have easily lasted a week. Massage directly on the beach is also available, from 400 THB per hour.I can highly recommend the bar/restaurant Nangsabai next door for breakfast and dinner.I had nothing to complain about at all. The bungalows are not cleaned every day, but you can let the girls know.Considering the high season and the full moon party, it wasn't very cheap, but the location and the view made up for it.If you expect luxury with a pool and bar, this is the wrong place for you. If you want to switch off and have peace and quiet, this is the place for you...Several restaurants, shops, 7 Eleven, Haad Yao Divers all within walking distance. On Wednesdays there is a small market run by the Phangan Community at the Seaboard Bungalows. In the evening there are plenty of options on the beach for a sundowner or just to chill out. From the Apple Bar you have a gigantic view over the entire bay.If you want to see something of the island, definitely rent a scooter…

Excellent place and very clean bungalows. Staff are very kind. Watchout scooter rental , neighbour bungalows (Silver beach) are scammers , do not rental anything.

We absolutely loved our Bungalow right in front of the beach. This was the cleanest and calmest beach we found on the island. With plenty of options for food and drinks close by. The staff was super friendly and respectful. Totally worth the trip to Koh Phangan!

I think Haad Yao beach is the best for living on Koh Phangan. Relaxation and tranquility. Cabins right by the ocean. Lots of greenery and sandy path to the sea. In the morning the birds and roosters sing. The houses themselves are very simple, colorful curtains on the windows, we had a blue refrigerator and a colored mirror. But all this did not spoil the impression of the stay. Very good hosts. They were always ready to help.

The bungalow is very simple, but generally clean. There are small lizards living on the ceiling in the bathroom, but they don't really bother you. The location directly on the beach is simply fantastic. Great restaurants in the area and during the off-season (rainy season) you feel like you are the only tourist in the bay.Highly recommended!

Amazing, calm , in front of the Beach !!The staff are always asking you if you want your room cleaned or if you need anything, they have a laundry service as well , everything is perfect. The ladies from the Thai massage on the left side are AMAZING, they are not just giving a massage, they are really therapists !!!!!!! Definitely go there !!!!

So lovely and beautifull place! I stay here for about 2 weeks and it was imagine time. The bungalow are cleen and very nice. They stay directly on the beach in very good location. Also the owner of this place is very frendly woman. So highly recommendation to this place ❤️

Nice bungalows, right on the beach which is so good ! The staff was very nice, I forgot my AirPods and a ring in the room at check out and when I noticed, I was already on a boat going to another island and they were very reactive because they immediately put my items in a package, nicely packed and shipped them the day after. They sent me some pictures of the box and the delivery agency, as well as the tracking number and everything. 2 days after, I was able to have my stuff back with me !!! Thank you again to them, I recommend ! 🙏🏼
