Amazing and beautiful resort, fantastic staff, in one of the most stunning and idyllic beaches on the island.Some of the people who are leaving bad reviews about the road and taxi evidently don’t do any research, and are leaving negative comments based on their own mistakes.Yes it is a very bumpy, extremely steep road to the resort (or water taxi). There are clear signs saying not to even bother attempting on a scooter! Unless you are a professional/master driver, even having your own 4x4 would still be a big effort. However the resort taxi driver does it every single day and was one of the best drivers I’ve seen and there wasn’t a moment of problems on any of the times we drove.We could have stayed for a month without leaving, there are 3 different restaurant/bars all very reasonable price for amazing food. If you want to do trips and explore the whole island, it will be pricey, but if you want to relax and enjoy the quietest and most beautiful resort in peace. This is it.

The road is so bad and steep that the only way to get to the resort is with a 4x4 truck taxi from the resort.Having to pay to go to the and from the resort is the absolute worst thing to do to your guests.Even though the sign says 100 baht per person I was charged a different amount every time. And after 7:30 it is impossible to get someone to give you a ride. So make sure you’re back before then otherwise you’ll be walking.They really don’t understand how to run a business. By charging your guests to go to and from the resort you are losing money.It’s a beautiful place and it should be full all year around.But instead they chose to rip off there guests off by making them pay for a taxi that should be free. Which leads to a negative experience.

Difficult to get there without a taxi boat, but well worth it once you arrive. Little paradise, remember cash as they don't take cards and there is a long way to an ATM.

Absolute horror! Don't trust booking because they reject negative comments from this establishment, I'll leave you with photo proof!!Establishment inaccessible by scooter and even on foot as the road is disastrous you have a taxi service which is therefore obligatory at 100 bath per person per trip (2km) and after 9 p.m. 700 bath!!!!!I'll let you calculate this huge scam!!!The staff is the worst I have seen in Thailand. Odieu and who refuses any arrangement.Do not book here!!!!!!!!! And didn't believe Booking the comments are deleted!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! SCAM!There is a 2 kilometer long path which leads to the hotel and which is almost impassable by scooter. We saw people if they ventured on foot or on scooters, they fell or turned around. So we went there on foot (25 minutes walk) my girlfriend slipped twice on the ground.The hotel has therefore set up a taxi service at 100 baht per person. Of course this is not specified anywhere on any booking site. First surprise. So you have to pay 200 baht per day just to go and return to the hotel.Being very unhappy, I asked the boss to cancel my reservation, because I consider that this is not the correct way of doing things. He categorically refuses and begins to be unpleasant, we almost come to blows.The customers and staff around us calmed things down, and my partner convinced me to just spend the night because it was already very late and it was dark.So we go to the room and there, second and big surprise. The room is not at all consistent with the photos. It's dirty, it smells damp and best of all, there are bedbugs.There, I broke down, I insulted him in 3 different languages, then we left in the middle of the night.We've been on a road trip in Asia for 6 months, this is our fourth country, I've never seen such a nightmarish establishment before.

What a joke!!! The road is unbelievable bad, no normal cars or bikes can go through! After booking, they send a msg to offer a 4x4 pick up service, imagine that you can't go anywhere and leave hotel and come back without the pick up service! Absolutely scam and very bad, even the phone number doesn't work! I'm so unhappy and i cannot have a refund! DO NOT BOOK

Fantastic beach; great accommodation.The way to the beach can only be reached via a 4x4 taxi. was organized by the hotel and worked perfectly.Accommodation only makes sense if you want to spend the days at Bottle Beach

An absolute scam. The road to the beach is impassable with anything other than a 4wd and they charge 100B per person for a taxi that takes 5 minutes.We went halfway down the hill before counting it as a write off. The taxi price increases to 700B per person at night as well.Impossible to get in contact with them, all the numbers I could find weren’t active anymore.Do Not Book Here.
