We were dropped off by taxi at a parking lot, from where the path to the hotel leads over a beach with large stones. You then have to climb some stairs to get to the reception. We left our suitcases on the stairs and the staff were kind enough to carry them upstairs for us. That wouldn't have been possible for us. The staff was very friendly and we also liked the breakfast.The beach is nice and there is a restaurant that we can recommend. However, there is nothing else in the surrounding area and taxis don't go there directly - you have to book them through the hotel.The bungalows are quite small and a bit inconvenient with suitcases. Furthermore, yellow water came out of our water (sink and shower), and it didn't change even after running for a long time. It's important to know that you'll have to climb a lot of stairs no matter where you want to go. Therefore, you should be able to walk well and have no physical limitations.

Beautiful and inexpensive bungalo. Reception is up some steps and rocks. The food was also delicious. The Mai Pen restaurant rents out scooters. However, they are rude and wanted to pay for scratches that didn't come from us.

Great location, bungalows are simple but clean and offer a perfect view.The only drawback is that you have to be good on foot as the stairs to the beach are very steep.

Located in a haven of peace and far from the noise and the party. The setting is idyllic. The beach is calm.Very pleasant and helpful staff.However, not very accessible when we arrived at night. Despite the directions given by the hotel, it took us a long time to understand where exactly the entrance to the complex and then the reception was located because everything is built on the hillside among the trees and it was not clearly marked.

Amazing spot!Stayed at a deluxe cabin and it could t be more relaxing :)Food in the restaurant is just perfect 😍I don’t know why there are pictures of a pool here but the only a beach 🏝

beautiful bungalow with sea view! You have a lot of privacy and can end the evening on your hammock. We felt very comfortable and ate in the restaurant every day. Very tasty and diverse food. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The water isn't quite as clear on rough days, but overall it's still one of our dream places. We can highly recommend it.

PLAA'S THANSADET RESORTA stairway to heaven...And what a staircase! You need to arm yourself with courage and a pair of sturdy shoes. It climbs almost 125 steps, uneven and all twisted!...And what paradise! The restaurant terrace is suspended between the sky and the beach, the terrace of our bungalow threw itself into the blue of the sea. At daybreak we are surrounded by a soft pink light and at night we have the impression of being able to touch the stars.Our bungalow (standard) was simple, all wood, comfortable bed, perfect pillow. A fan more than enough to cool off, crisp sheets and towels changed every two days. The bathroom is large and well designed.On this beach at the end of the world we could feel a little isolated, apart from our accommodation, only one other restaurant.... which we did not even try as the catering offer at Plaa's is so varied and delicious .We particularly recommend the steamed fish recipes (different sauces) and kaeng kari (yellow curry), as well as Eddy's special.If there are still improvements to be made, it ultimately remains at the level of access: phew!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bungalows are simple, but have everything you need. The view of the sea from the veranda was fantastic. When we moved into the bungalow, a hammock was put up on the veranda. You could easily relax there for several hours and enjoy the view. I can also highly recommend the restaurant. The massaman curry was my favorite. We felt completely comfortable there. I can highly recommend it to anyone if they like something a little more exciting.

Unique experience, bungalows in the middle of nature with an amazing view.The restaurant has very honest prices, varied menu and everything is really very good and genuine.The entrance is somewhat hidden on the side of the bay and leads over or under two large rocks.There is a steep climb up to the bungalows and the restaurant, but it's worth it.We spent two weeks here in two different bungalows and had a fantastic time.

Unique experience, bungalows surrounded by nature overlooking the Gulf of Siam.Very kind staff.Restaurant with very honest prices, varied menu and everything really good and genuine.There is a steep climb to get to the reception (worth it) and the accommodation so unfortunately not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Perfect for the price tag. Owner is a calm und nice person. Best view on the whole island on one of the nicest beaches. A little remote, so rent a scooter ;) Entry is hidden between two rocks on the far left side of the beach.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing. It's located in the most secluded and breathtaking setting imaginable. The bungalows and restaurant offer stunning views of the beach and mountains, and the wooden floors of the bungalows even allow glimpses of the lush nature below. It's a simple setup, but honestly, with that view, you need nothing else. The charm lies in the fact that the area is still fairly undeveloped, so you'll find nothing but a tiny restaurant and the hotel bungalows in the entire bay. It's truly amazing.The host is incredibly friendly, and the lunch and dinner menu at their restaurant is spectacular. I highly recommend trying their vegetarian Pad Thai and the spicy Laab tofu salad. They're fantastic.This spot is perfect for a couple of days of pure relaxation, far away from everything. Just keep in mind that it's quite far from the city center, and getting there can be a bit of a trek (and a bit costly, around 250 baht per person).
