First time we stay in this hotel. Very comfortable bungalows, comfy bed. Very quiet from the surroundings. The location is idyllic, probably one of the nicest beach in Koh Phangan. A paradise to swim everyday. Right next to Sama Karuna for yoga classes. Breakfast is delicious. You are able to choose one dish only and a plate of fruits. Good coffee. Dinner is also delicious. The view from the restaurant is fantastic. All staff are very friendly, at the restaurant, housekeeping... The Italian manager is very kind hearted, we have been very pleased to meet him. There are two three cats hanging around the gardens (not the restaurant), and potentially the balconies, if you allow them, and there are absolutely adorable. Especially one white cat absolutely handsome who really made our stay so enjoyable. They are certainly feeling the good energy of the resort and give back to the guests enormously!! We have stayed in several resorts over the last years in Koh Phangan and this is our favorite resort along with Varivana. Being located right on this beautiful sea makes it even better than Varivana. Highly recommended.

Very well located hotel with sea view, swimming pool and human-sized restaurant.The rooms are beautiful, clean and well decoratedMaybe the bedrooms have more opaque curtains.We took a bungalow with a sea view, it was very pleasant, a beautiful view of the Ocean.The hotel staff is great!, helpful and available and very smiling..The breakfast is very good, plentiful and varied with a Thai or European choice.The restaurant is also very good with delicious Thai cuisine.I highly recommend this hotel for a stay as a couple, I would happily return on my next visit to the island ;-)

If you book here you can hardly go wrong. You just need to be good on your feet as the facility is built into the slope.The hotel is very nicely laid out. The individual bungalows are located in a small jungle complex. We had a bungalow with a sea view. The bungalow is equipped with beautiful, high-quality furniture. The minibar is filled daily (water is free) and there is a Nespresso machine in the room. The room, as well as the entire facility, is very clean. The staff are all very friendly and strive to fulfill all of the guests' wishes. The owner is Italian and therefore very hospitable. The rooms were shown and explained personally by the boss. We were also able to book the scooter quickly and easily through him (as an agent). Also worth highlighting is the very good breakfast (a la carte) with a fantastic view. The coffee tastes like home 😍The facility is somewhat remote. To get to a nice stand you only have to walk 10 minutes. Renting a scooter would be ideal in this region anyway.We only ate once in the restaurant in the evening. Thai and Italian cuisine is offered. The food tasted great (we had bruscetta and two pasta dishes). The pasta portion was very small. So we didn't find the price-performance ratio appropriate. There was nothing to complain about in terms of quality.

Very beautiful and peaceful resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they arranged everything for us: got us a scooter, did our laundry and called a taxi when asked. Everything got arranged quickly. The whole staff spoke English, which was also nice. Surprisingly, the restaurant was great. For dinner we ordered pasta and thai food and both were excellent. Definitely would visit again, worth the price!

The owner, Mr. Sciancalepore, was very welcoming and personable when we arrived. I appreciated that he took the time to take us to the room personally and explain the features to us.The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was large, and I quite liked the style of the furniture in the room. The sitting area outside the sea view room is lovely and ambient lights make it pleasant at night.The breakfast is served near reception where you can view the sea. The food was nice with several choices and the staff was all attentive and friendly. Again, I really like the furniture choices in the dining & reception area as well.If you hop down to the beach you can walk a while in both directions. We made our way, on foot, to the Zen Beach and it was an easy enough walk.You are able to rent a motorbike or walk about 5 minutes to a 7-Eleven where you can hire one of those trucks (songthaew) with the benches to go around the island.Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable and relaxing, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and explore the beautiful surroundings.

We stayed a few days in April 2024, as a family, took two bungalows. Nice hotel, very warm welcome, good cuisine, impeccable rooms, quiet because a little out of the way, you access the swimming pool and the dining area by around twenty steps, all superbly well planted. The sea has no waves, you have to walk a little for better swimming. We rented scooters with the help of the hotel staff to find small shops and Thai-foods ten minutes away... I recommend, thank you.

From the moment we entered the lobby it was clear that the service at is second to none. The staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel immediately and always welcome.The location of the hotel is very good – or centrally located. It was the ideal starting point for us to explore the island. The cleanliness of the hotel is exemplary; everything shines and the view from the pool and restaurant offers an oasis of calm.Breakfast in the morning is a real treat - a diverse selection of a la carte dishes that leaves nothing to be desired and should satisfy every palate.Particularly noteworthy are the extremely friendly owner Emanuele and his team, who all personally looked after the well-being of each guest. We can recommend the Hotel Beyond the Blue Horizon without hesitation and will definitely come back.

We travel a lot, but this accommodation really deserves a full 5 stars. The path down to the individual bungalows is spectacular (like in the jungle). The breakfast and dinner are very good, and the view from the restaurant is really perfect with the view of the open sea and the sunset. We can really praise the entire staff and service. They were all always very friendly and attentive. And even if we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, the cleaning staff always left everything ready for us in front of the door. The cleaning of the room was also excellent.All in all, we were very pleased with this accommodation. We'd love to come back.Emanuele is also a great manager and always pays attention to humanity, which we really liked."There are good people who can't work and there are people who can work but are not good people. This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever been in! Emilio and his team, especially Lek, gave us an unforgettable vacation. The rooms are a dream, the location is quiet and yet everything is easily accessible. The food is so good that we have hardly eaten anywhere else. We felt like we were at home and will be back ❤️

Beautiful serene place to stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast and food in the restaurant are delicious and fresh. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice and both times were delicious. The room was immaculately clean and the staff were on hand to help with booking transport for us to where ever we wanted to go. Would highly recommend
