We were there in May 24 and I have to say it was really great. The staff were all lovely and the rooms were always nicely cleaned. The good thing is simply the proximity to Haad Rin Beach. A minute's walk maybe even less and you're right on the beach. Thank you for the great hospitality ❤️

Once you get over the Resort suffix in the name, you'll begin to enjoy this place. It's regular backpacker digs with sparkling linen and soft mattresses on concrete platforms in very compact rooms. The service is friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, biscuits and plantains are complimentary and placed on tables just up the stairs from the reception. If you've come for the Full Moon or Half Moon Party, you'll love this place. It's in the thick of things, right on Full Moon Beach and just a crawl away if you get drunk or overdose. The bar overlooking the beach opens on Full Moon party days. It's a safe way to enjoy the mayhem below. The friendly owners run the Moonrise Booze next door. Carry your key to get a THB 20 off a pint of beer. During the day, the empty bar terrace is a great place to sit back on a beanbag and catch up with your reading or journal writing. You'll love the beautiful views of the beach at sunrise and sunset. The boats moored in the bay, the people embarking and disembarking makes for a pretty sight. Stay longer, like I did, and you'll fall in love with the place. If you're a light sleeper or value your sleep, you might prefer a place more distant from Full Moon Beach, perhaps on the quieter Sunset Beach on the other side of the island. For good-value rooms and a well-run reception desk, this is the place. You can buy transport combo tickets, party tickets and book tour packages, without as much as stretching a finger.

Excellent welcome, the manager helped us a lot, explained the map and found us a tuc tuc to leave. Obviously in a very busy street so you need earplugs. But you are in the heart of the action and next to the beach. You will have self-service water, coffee and cookies. 688 tbh per night per booking and excellent value for money. Finally, the room has excellent air conditioning that really works!!! we also like the sheets. The music from the bars downstairs turns down at one point, we ended up sleeping pretty well. Thanks again for such a kind welcome!

very nice place and really good location, close to everything! the owner was so nice and kind to us and all the other guests, the best so far (and then we've been traveling for 2 months)! I needed to go into the hospital and the owner was the most caring! recommend!!!

We stayed in this hotel almost a week.Clean rooms, new air conditioning and very friendly staff.The property is located on the beach where the full moon party takes place.Water, coffee, tea and biscuits always available in the hall!Possibility to rent scooters.Highly recommended.

Next to the Haad Rinn beach (Full Moon party), with an incredible terrace, the manager is charming and at a very good price.Lots of party atmosphere.Bring earplugs 😅

Choosing Mantra for full moon party was my best decision, you are literally on top of the party!!! The host is so nice and helpful with all the questions we had! Also amazing to stay after the full moon party to see a different side of Koh Phangan. Thanks thanks thanks and I will see|you soon.
