We rented the villa for 3 nights - everything was clean and very brightRegarding the service - everything was fine for us - the scooter from the hotel was perfect for the days. On the day of departure, the owner of the house took us first to the office for check-in at the ferry (for 300 baht - which is also what the shuttle costs on arrival). and consequently also to the pier.

During a stay of 14 days out of two months on the island, I found a place to stay that if they had room I would have stayed longer. The rooms are very impeccably maintained, very clean and meticulous. The service of the staff surpasses higher rated hotels even though they only have 2 stars. The owner of the house is an amazing woman who will do anything to make you happy. Location on a main road in the center of the island so that everything is close, including Tung Sala and all the best beach restaurants on the island. There is motorcycle rental, there is laundry at a cheap price. There is no food or coffee in the place, but across the road there are quite a few. I am absolutely satisfied by the way the price in May turned out to be very cheap and there are several accommodation options I recommend

During a stay of about two months in Phangan, we visited several hotels at several levels (including in Samui). Although this hotel is rated as 2 stars, it provides a high level of comfort, cleanliness, amazing service, from the last clean employees to the amazing landlady. Excellent price, a variety of water options from 90 square meters up to a large room, nicely maintained and clean. There is a relatively large and clean poolIn short, you get a high value for the price. Located in the center of the island near all the best restaurants and also close to Tondzeg Sala, the main city, highly recommended.

One of our favourite stays in Thailand so far!! Rooms were clean, spacious (with a kitchenette too) and had the best aircon - the rooms held in the cold too, so were nice to escape the heat. Pool was quiet and cleaned regularly.Owner was super friendly - organised moped hire and even a taxi for us to the pier when we left.Nearest shop is a 9 minute walk and there are a few restaurants nearby too.

Wonderful place! We spent 6 days here. We lived in a villa. No insects, everything is clean and bright. They clean and change towels every day. Well-groomed beautiful green area, clean swimming pool. Very nice owners and workers! We rented a bike at the villa, very convenient. There are several cafes and a grocery store nearby. We traveled on bikes, 7 minutes to the market. There is a beach nearby, but we were in low tide season, so we went to another part of the island. We said goodbye with sadness, a wonderful place!

Erroneously highly rated on booking in my opinion, I dealt with the father and son, among many things, they refused to send us the invoice for the stay, booking had to intervene and we got it. We do not recommend this establishment in alsoluto.

We came for 5 nights and left after 2, even though we had no refund, we just couldn't stay in there anymore - mainly because we couldn't sleep: the glass doors kept banging all night from the softest wind, and the managers didn't understand us and didn't really try to. Plus - the room is really badly designed; the air-fan is two high to reach it's operating string, and it's so noisy you can't really do anything while it's on. There are no shelves in the closet, either shelves that are too high or too low, and the kitchen surface is too low as well. The shampoo/soap bottles are covered with sticky paper leftovers. Plus there's a really bad smell when coming up the stairs to the second floor, maybe it's the sewerage system.

We had the best experience in Nitchanan. Everything is super clean and tidy, the owners are lovely and so kind, and were happy to help with every request of ours, any time of the day. The pool is big and clean, and the location is perfect- only a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants area. Very very recommended!
