-Very simple bungalows-unfortunately no daily cleaning service-saggy mattresses-Pool great-Sea rather so-so-This is suitable for backpackers, but not for other holidaymakers-max. 2 star hotel

Good morning! I find this hotel disgusting. We have been traveling through Thailand for 3 weeks and nothing like this has ever happened to us. We arrived at the hotel, they took us to the rooms and there were remains of the ceiling on the bed. We told them that it was normal, but they did the favor of changing rooms for us. We got to the second room and they had the same thing so we decided for our own good to get a better room and we paid 4 thousand baths more. When we got to the new room it was more or less fine but at night we realized that it was full of ants near the bed and on the walls. The premium room at 7 in the morning is already super bright, they have curtains that are useless and there are a lot of mosquitoes since the large door does not close completely. The staff at this hotel is very unfriendly, we went to eat and they were all sitting as if they were in their living room for at least 2 hours (even though the food is good) I think this place could succeed with a change of staff Because it's not bad at all, the only thing they should keep the site cleaner and improve the service a lot. Everything is very neglected and at 12:00 they were already kicking us out of the room in a bad way. THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THEY MAKE NOISE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

The location of the hotel is good, right on the beach.The normal huts are nothing special and some are a bit run down.The deluxe villas look very good, but I can't say what they are really like.But if you accept it like that then you can have a nice time here.A mosquito spray is definitely recommended!The mattress is very soft, but I was able to sleep surprisingly well.Kima and fan are available.The food was good, the service was friendly.There is a 7-11 nearbyI would recommend a moped (we got around 200 a day). I would pay a maximum of 100 per person for a taxi. Sometimes less was possible.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Beachfront Resort. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an extremely unsympathetic and arrogant employee. Although we were previously confirmed that we could check in at 10:00am, our room was not ready when we arrived. The employee didn't seem to care at all about the additional costs incurred by waiting.The room itself wasn't any better. The beds were so soft that you literally fell into them - just terrible and totally uncomfortable! To make matters worse, the employee's toxic looks made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It was clear that she did not welcome us.Overall, I really can't recommend this resort. The poor service and unfriendly staff ruined our stay.

Unfortunately the hut was crooked and the mattress without a slatted frame was very very very soft. Unfortunately, air conditioning is not very strong. The noise from the street was unfortunately extremely loud. Good food in the restaurant, very good and nice staff! Location was OK, but you need transportation anywhere on the island anyway. 7-eleven right opposite!

The Resort is amazing! We had a Villa in the second row to the beach. The veaw from our room was great and everything in the Villa was so clean and new. The Team from the Resort was so friendly and the food was stunning. All i can say is wow!I absolutely recommend for that Resort.If We will travel to Koh Phangan again We will definetly come back.

Its so sad that this Resort is rated so bad here on Google! We had a wonderful time, the team is super friendly and helps you in all belongings! The beach house was super clean and cozy! The pool was very refreshing and also clean! Would always recommend it!

Unfortunately not a good review due to unfriendly staff except for one man, had to pay a lot for an upgrade because the air conditioning did not work and the bungalow was dirty. In addition, everything could fly in straight away and they had no mosquito net or anything like that. Very inadequate.
