At first it seemed like paradise, but soon after we changed our minds. We found several cockroaches in the room. Don't think of spending a relaxing stay as there is a place on the adjacent beach that plays music so loud that it makes the walls of the room shake and for this reason you can't sleep at night. Owner support was virtually non-existent. They ruined our stay, even making us lose a paid excursion. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Location and pool are great, rooms are okay, not a highlight. Facilities and service are more like a hostel, e.g. no room service. The breakfast was very poor, little choice and only rarely Thai food. Lots of cats. The owner is very friendly and caring. You can rent scooters and there is a taxi service.

Thank you for the hospitality!My husband and I were guests for a week and even extended it. We really liked it here. The rooms are very. Large and spacious, not common here in Thailand, enough space for suitcases, with a nice garden with a bathtub and privacy. But the pool was our highlight with a beautiful view of Koh Samui and beautiful sunsets. The location is great, couldn't have been better, everything is easily accessible by scooter, traffic is easy and relaxed. Food and drinks are very good and cheap at the bar. Breakfast is very simple, but you get a freshly made omelette. If the café were even better, maybe next time! The hosts were always on site and were able to organize and help everything. Price performance is above average! While you're here, visit the Eden Party!

Hotel in a convenient location in Hadrin, large units, large shower, comfortable bed, soft pillows. Good service, kind staff, there is a pool in front of the sea, a good breakfast to start the day. You can rent a motorcycle, shuttle service and purchase tickets to attractions

I can't really understand the reviews. It's not a resort as the name suggests, but a hotel, but you can't complain. It is located right on the beach, 2 minutes by bike to the “center” where the big action of the fullmoon party is, uncomplicated and it has a pool! I had a bungalow for 2 nights and it was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately the door isn't completely tight and so small ants get in, but it didn't bother me. I understand that if you want more comfort and more luxury, this is not the right place for you. But for me it was like a luxurious island experience in the bungalow itself. They make an effort for the fact that the hotel doesn't have any stars. I can agree that it feels more like a hostel, but otherwise you're in the wrong location.The room is equipped with the most necessary things, a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I would come here again if I want to party and relax on the beach at the same time.

Immaculate rooms, amaaaazing showers, everything felt clean and fresh. Nice, simple breakfast with made to order eggs. Great pool. One of the nights there was a beach doof next door, which went into the night but didn't keep me awake. Near delicious local restaurants.
