The hotel room is clean, but the musty smell is really bad. The toilet also has a strong odor, the bed sheets smell, and the towels have dirty stains. I've never stayed in a hotel like this before, and it will definitely be the last time.

Strategic location, reasonable price, walking distance to nite market, resto. Room is spacious. Massage centers are everywhere with the same price. The room also includes simple breakfast (porridge, bread) with coffee machine. The given room is flooded at first but immediately the reception swaps with another room.

Great location if you want to visit the market and all the restaurants. Room has aircon and a Japanese toilet seat! Pro tip: don’t forget to visit Ease Me Thai massage down the next street!

Location is definitely a big plus. Not that noisy and crowded as like Lee Garden Hotel, yet wet market, Robinson, night market are within short distance. Simple yet nice breakfast. Front desk personnel are helpful, however it will definitely good if some of them have better grasp in conversation English.Room is good, however won't recommend to have an EXTRA bed as the hotel converted the sofa into a bed instead of a real sofa bed.

There was a lot of dirt and mold in the corners of the toilet, and there was a lot of dust in the room, which made my nose sensitive. There was a strong damp smell. One of the single beds had itchy hands and feet when the child woke up in the morning, so we asked the customer service to change the sheets. We had a sofa bed for an extra bed, but the sheets were pilling and it made our bodies itchy. We asked for a new one or an extra quilt. The customer service at the counter downstairs asked the cleaner to come up, but no one came to change the sheets.

The location is perfect, staff was friendly and efficient, spoke quite alright English.BUT the room smelled awful! Like old, moldy mildew smell. The Management should definitely try to do something about it.

Before arriving in HY i have check the review and was bad, but i choose to give it a try because i've stay there just few months ago, was ok. but this time round the room i stay was terrible, dust all over the ventilation the curtain, hair all over the floor, HORRIBLE. A few photo just fyi.if you have see this review and to still go ahead to stay , good luck to you.

The location is good, but the room smells of humidity and there are almost no windows, so it's pretty bad. Breakfast is terrible and should not be eaten. Also, there were obvious signs that my backpack had been searched during the cleaning of the room, so I will not stay here again. The people at the front desk were quite friendly, though.
