small hotel Set up zone outside the city ...Quiet location along the canal, good atmosphere, suitable for relaxing and not hustle and bustle. Even though it is a small hotel But the upper floors are accessible by elevator.In the room, spacious, clean.The proportion of dividing the usable space is ok. The bathroom is wide.The water flows strong but there is no soap or shampoo provided. (Bring it yourself)Nearby there is a small grocery store. Noodle shop, made to order food1 kilometer from the city centerFresh market, shopping market, 2 km away.There are no convenience stores within walking distance.At night, there are street bars and chill-out restaurants scattered nearby.

Have stayed many times. The school is close to food sources. The room is not too cramped, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is comfortable, and there is a very wide balcony. The receptionist smiles and speaks well.

The location was good, lacks of car park. The car park provided was really steep though. The beds, toilets smells. The receptionist was helpful. Road to the parking was unpaved. Not of nearby shop that i can get to.

Personally I love their balcony, room super big for me staying alone and have everything you need(but all equipment look so old) . But it's kinda scary to stay alone ð their location kinda far for downtown and parking are limited. I just want to try different hotel each time I come to hat Yai and with this rate, this hotel offer a great deal for it's price.

Great value for money.. The most comfortable hotel in this price range that I have stayed.. Room is spacious and with balcony.. It wasn't perfect, but still it's scores high for me.. While it's not really too far from Lee Garden, but if you are walking with children, it will be a great challenge.. ð
Front desk can communicate in English..Few things that can improved..1) Some ants in room.. Understandable because sometimes customers eat in rooms.. But it must be something can be done right?2) Hotel parking is too few (just 6 car parking and around 10 motorcycle parking) and the bump scratches bottom of my car everytime.. But you can park at the front and back on the hotel.. Front is road, back is alley leading to parking..

Tried this hotel because it was just 560b. The room is ok, spacious, and clean. Got a round bed with lots of mirror but toilet a bit lacking light and toilet paper is outside the toilet. I slept alone, so no issue. Check-in was easy, but parking a bit limited, and to go to parking is thru gravel road.

The receptionist is so helpful, let me check in early and help me to find motor rent. The room is comfy and good for the price! Many viral places nearby (less than 5km) and 7E is less than 1km only. Very very recommended!

Limited car park. especialy for mpv@suv car. should provide more car park. so terrible to park infront the river without any safety gate. btw the hotel was so cleanliness,comfortable and friendly staff.
