25 minutes walk northwest from JNR Hat Yai Station. It's not too far to walk, but it's tiring.However, the inside of the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable enough to dispel any fatigue.The only problem was the low water pressure and water temperature in the shower.Since I visited during Songkran, there was no problem with taking a cold shower, but I think it would be a little hot during the dry season.The owner may be shy, but he is a responsible man who does his job properly.The surrounding environment is full of wild dogs.Domestic dogs run wild and are very territorial, so they sometimes jump on you when you walk on the road, but the locals keep them in check, so you can enjoy a safe yet thrilling walk.There is a washing machine at the hostel, but no dryer.There is a coin laundry that is open 24 hours within a 10-minute walk, so it would be safer to dry your clothes there.

The room is beautiful, clean, cool air conditioning, strong water flow, and a hair dryer and power plug provided. Located in a community area near a grocery store But in the room there is no TV. Can park only one car.

Iron and iron board facilities are available under the lift near the hotel counter. It's a bit annoying for hotel guests to have to go down and bring clothes down. The provided iron is old. The staff at the counter are friendly, always smiling. The hotel room is quite small. Worth the price.

The price is cheap and the rooms are very comfortable. The owner is friendly. On Saturday evening, there is a walking street nearby, where things are very cheap, very comfortable. The trip secretly walked a little far from the room to the front of the dormitory, but it was very convenient. Overall, very comfortable, very good. The picture is not clear at all. I want to take a photo together. I came but forgot.

Nice place, polite staff. The room has everything you need, and even more than you expect to see for this price. Water, kettle, hair dryer, and mains filter.
The only moment that made us cheer up was two cockroaches that had to be kicked out

This is what I would call a home-tel rather than a hotel. The property is very new, well appointed and spotlessly clean. I had a very comfortable stay here and will stay here again. The other plus is that this is not a tourist location and there are not too many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It’s actually separated from the CBD by the train lines which perhaps explains why it is tourist free. It’s only a 10min walk towards the Police Station and once there, you can catch a passing songthaew on Phet Kasem Rd to most places for 10B. 13/6/19 this is my second stay here. A little disappointed this time. For the money, I think the rooms could at least have a reading light and a fridge. There is no kitchen or breakfast option nor a kitchen or relaxing area. While it is tourist free, there is good reason for it. To be brutal, it’s in the poorer end of town among shanties. A female on her own may not feel safe here. I think there are better options.
