1st choice hotel when I visit Dannok because the room is big and easy parking right infront of the hotel. Easy access to food and amenities.

The service staff are lovely and smiling. The room is beautiful, very clean, smells good, the bed is soft, the pillows are soft, there is a hair dryer, you can iron clothes, the air conditioner is quiet.

I was request 2 cards for my room, but it was chargeable 150 bath, I am ok to paid it but the card was cannot use to scan in to my room I need to go down again and again to service counter the problem cannot be settled so why should I pay for it? i was very sad that they’re not same as before, everything was change and more expensive service not same as before too and also the room was not so clean. i will not coming again

Services consider not great, when I reached the hotel around 1.30pm the staff told me to wait another 30 minutes for them to cleaning the room for us. Then I left my luggage with them and went to ate lunch outside after around 1 hours we came back the staff inform us again that the room still cleaning !!.. and told us to wait another half an hour. "It really waste time!!!".
