Who without personal transportation is not really recommended to this place. Most recommended to whom with own transport . Around 3km from Luxsna to Lee Garden Night Market. Nearby is no Tuk Tuk service. The swimming pool got 2 different places. Adults swimming pool (1.4m) at level 2 and kids swimming is on the other's building.

The water doesn't flow well. From midnight until noon, they can't take responsibility for anything. The air conditioner isn't cool. Tell the staff that it's cold. Open in the evening. The air conditioner is cool in the morning. 😭😭😭 There is a lipstick, but starting from the second floor, you have to walk up to the second floor to get it. Take the elevator

The convenient location near various places of interest made our exploration hassle-free.The hot breakfast with self-service toasted bread at the reception from 7 am to 10 pm was a delightful touch. Although we didn't have the chance to use the family-sized pool due to our busy schedule, we appreciated the option.Throughout our stay, whenever we needed to send our little one and helper back to the room, your prompt assistance via WhatsApp ensured their safe return. Stayed here in the family room facing the pool. The room is just awesome for four person. Pool is good. Only drawback is it's a little far from lee garden and some major places which you need to go buy car or tuk tuk.

Breakfast is provided with bread, coffee and porridge. Very nice!! The pool is cleaned every morning but a bit deep. Child must have accompany. Family room is spacious and the bath is separated from toilet. Very recommended. Parking lot also many

The room is new, but there are 2 pieces of fitness equipment. I don't know why it's there. The small pool, room door does not keep sound, can hear the sound of children playing in the water very loudly. The size is on each floor.

Average experience, we came at 1.30pm, but only let us check in at 3.30pm, water leaking everywhere, lack of helpers/workers but they are very friendly, the price is very affortable.

The room is good, but the bed is not very clean. I feel a little itchy after sleeping. The service attitude is very good. The door still uses an old lock, and there is a problem with the door lock. The electronic lock should be replaced. The sound insulation is very poor, and children can be heard in the morning Screaming in the swimming pool. Can't sleep.

I have stayed many times in the past. But I've never met any hotel manager. Having such rude manners The management should have to select more people to work. I've stayed many times but the rooms seem to be getting old. The housekeepers are ok, the staff are ok, but the manager doesn't care.

Small hotel located at residential area. If you got own transport then come. Good for family coz room size bigger which got king bed and single bed or pool site room is bigger which can stay 5 person. Customer service good. Got bread and milo or coffee as breakfast. It is free so is ok. Have to drive out to buy food and stuff.
