A good hotel in and of itself. Nice pool directly from the room. Unfortunately a bit noisy. The restaurant at the hotel is good, but the service and speed have a lot of potential to make guests happy. After dinner and a very long wait for the food, we unfortunately decided to go to another restaurant outside. Breakfast is good.

Absolutely incredible! The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and a glass of fruit juice. Accommodation is split between individual bungalows with a communal pool, and in a separate area, 2 rows of beautifully appointed rooms with direct pool access...bliss! The attention to detail in the rooms and around the whole resort made our stay calm and relaxing, with a feeling of luxury.The breakfast was varied and plentiful and the restaurant evening meals were tasty and reasonably priced. I cannot praise this hotel too highly, I just wished I could've stayed longer!!

We went there with a booking, after many requests they presented the room, totally different from what we booked, told as ours is with other guests, room was also very dirty and outdated. Then showed us more rooms, one worse then the other. Told us to cancel and book again with them if we want a better room. But all were below a reasonable standard not to mention 4 stars that they claim, would not give even 1

Very quiet. The entrance is a little deep but OK. New room. Twin bed. There is some squeaking when moving. But overall ok Lemongrass scented soap.

The power went out, there wasn't enough power to stay hot all night, the fan still didn't spin. The receptionist and service are very good.

The atmosphere is good, but the lights are off, there isn't enough power, the lights are on and off all night and have reserved 4 rooms, three of them the lights are off and on ten times. Woke up early and asked the staff. He said there was not enough electricity. I felt very bored and the TV couldn't be watched. The wifi signal was unusable. But the service staff is good. Understand what you can do The electrical issue needs to be fixed. Otherwise, all customers will definitely flee. It shouldn't happen. The water smelled of mud, Father said.The main pond garden is closed for renovations. Another thing is safety: there will be a photocell and there must be a lock for safety. The food should contain yogurt.But the fruit is ok, can be sweet. The lights went out from midnight until 7 a.m., off and on.All electrical appliances were broken, including telephones.
