The bathroom was germy, dirty, disgusting...dangerous electrics. Refrigerator with mold and rust.Breakfast room with a view of bulky waste, unclean and germy,Food was shared between two older women, communication was very poor.It often took up to 30 minutes after ordering until we received our very sparse breakfast.Germy kitchen appliances, the toast was left open on the counter until the next day...Lots of bulky waste on site.Green garden, quiet area despite the very central location, nice pool but broken loungers and parasols.

Price-performance ratio is great for the location! The facility itself is a bit old, but the friendliness of the staff makes up for it! The friendliest employee was the dog lady “Happy”.

This place needs a refreshment, we will say it is abandoned, yet this place must have been magnificent but there is no follow-up maintenance, too bad the person who welcomed us was very pleasant, only 4 baths

We stayed here for 15 nights and upgraded to a villa as they are more spacious than the bungalow. They are comfortable and cleaned every day and clean bath and hand towel every day. Bottled water also supplied. …

Centrally located facility, a bit old, but spacious and still ok. Very quiet location! Price/performance ok for Khao Lak as breakfast included. Less suitable for families with children as it is a bit far to the beach. But otherwise highly recommended. Breakfast is also good. One of the few “original” bungalow complexes in Khao Lak.

We loved our stay here. It’s a little flowery oasis just off the main road. You don’t hear any of the traffic. The bungalows are basic but very clean with a nice veranda overlooking the gardens full of amazing trees and flowers. The sound of birds is everywhere. Gorgeous pool which is clean and well maintained. Great breakfast of eggs, toast and freshly ground coffee. Staff are very helpful and lovely. I highly recommend this place.

Nice facility! Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit insulated so you had to leave the air conditioning on all day and night! The toilet would also need renovation. The pool was wonderfully refreshing and the breakfast was good too. The staff could have been a little more approachable. All in all it was okay!

Nice inexpensive hotel with bungalows. We visited in mid-January 2020. On our way to Cheolan. Great place to spend the night. Breakfast is included, standard eggs, toast, tea, coffee, fruit. A 7 year old child is free and breakfast is also free. The pool was small, clean and the water was cool. The sea is 1.2 km on foot. The bungalow is small, modest but clean, with mosquito nets on the windows. The bed is large and comfortable. I recommend a great inexpensive place.

The good point is the breakfast. Otherwise it is not so comfortable to sleep with tough pillow and curtains very thin (so very bright early in the morning). Wifi is quite poor and the shower had a very low flow. All in all the resort is correct because cheap.
